- 1/25/23As a former long time customer I was disappointed to see cleanliness was not a priority. Management must recognize the value in supporting employees and employees must take personal price in where they work. This is a two way street between management and stylist that they need to resolve, I wish them well and hope they do so. - 1/7/22I went over many times that I wanted my hair to look a natural b londe--not red and not ash. Several staff weighed in on the color to put in, and it still was red. it didn't go to blonde for about 4 weeks. I was really not happy. I got a good cut, and the staff were all very nice, but it's a lot of money to spend for something i was clear that I didn't want.Response from HairCuttery • 1/7/22Liza, thanks for the 3 star review. He did a horrible haircut for my son…
He doesn’t know nothing about his job, an alcoholic, plus the place is very dirty and very disgusting, nothing sanitized.
I would not recommend this place, even if would be the last haircut in the world.

I was told Diane at 5:30. Diane came into work at 5:30 and already had only 1 appointment she came in for and she was also there. I didn’t get a cut needless to say. I’ve been trying to establish a relationship with this establishment for months as i am relocating to Rehoboth. It has become clear that this is not the place that wants my or my families business and won’t get it. - 8/16/21Had my hair highlighted and layered back in February. Chris was absolutely amazing!! He took the time to make sure what I was comfortable with before he did anything. Before him, I had the worst chop shop cut and refused to go to any salon for the last 7 years. This was my first time back in a salon and Chris restored my faith. Thank you so much!! I'm getting married in September so I will DEFINITELY be booking Chris again here in the next week or so!!!! - 7/15/21REALLY .. i made an appointment for 600p with Chris .. got there early not knowing if hw could accomodate me. 545p, he takes a woman with a VERY short haircut .. he clipped her hair ... 600p .. chat chat chat, never ackowledging me.. 615p .. Stylist did not know how to do a basic mens tapered fade and did not have the equipment to cut my hair short on the side for a fade. Proceeded to wipe my face with her hands instead of using a brush...not cool and very unsanitary. I do a better job myself at home.
