As a former long time customer I was disappointed to see cleanliness was not a priority. Management must recognize the value in supporting employees and employees must take personal price in where they work. This is a two way street between management and stylist that they need to resolve, I wish them well and hope they do so. I've moved on to a clean salon with a terrific stylist.

Kathy listens to me when I tell her how to cut my hair. I am always happy with my haircut. Also, I appreciate that she wears a mask all the time with her customers, for her safety and the customers safety.

I went over many times that I wanted my hair to look a natural b londe--not red and not ash. Several staff weighed in on the color to put in, and it still was red. it didn't go to blonde for about 4 weeks. I was really not happy. I got a good cut, and the staff were all very nice, but it's a lot of money to spend for something i was clear that I didn't want.

Horrible stylist, just horrible!
He did a horrible haircut for my son…
He doesn’t know nothing about his job, an alcoholic, plus the place is very dirty and very disgusting, nothing sanitized.
I would not recommend this place, even if would be the last haircut in the world.
I regret every single minute because I took my son at this place.

Made an appointment in the morning to have an appointment for a mens cut with an open stylist. I was told Diane at 5:30. Diane came into work at 5:30 and already had only 1 appointment she came in for and she was also there. I didn’t get a cut needless to say. I’ve been trying to establish a relationship with this establishment for months as i am relocating to Rehoboth. It has become clear that this is not the place that wants my or my families business and won’t get it. No fault of Diane she came in for 1 person and supposedly someone had books three people without her knowledge.

Had my hair highlighted and layered back in February. Chris was absolutely amazing!! He took the time to make sure what I was comfortable with before he did anything. Before him, I had the worst chop shop cut and refused to go to any salon for the last 7 years. This was my first time back in a salon and Chris restored my faith. Thank you so much!! I'm getting married in September so I will DEFINITELY be booking Chris again here in the next week or so!!!! Can't thank him enough!!!

REALLY .. i made an appointment for 600p with Chris .. got there early not knowing if hw could accomodate me. 545p, he takes a woman with a VERY short haircut .. he clipped her hair ... 600p .. chat chat chat, never ackowledging me.. 615p .. I walked out he was still chatting with her. You have lost a customer who has been comning to your location for over a year ...

Bad job all around. Stylist did not know how to do a basic mens tapered fade and did not have the equipment to cut my hair short on the side for a fade. Proceeded to wipe my face with her hands instead of using a brush...not cool and very unsanitary. I do a better job myself at home. Will not go back

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. 1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
