- 3/5/24I was using them as my hair stylist until today. I am not a happy customer. Not only did they screw me over on my rescheduled appointment for my daughter and I, but literally laughed at us. Sometimes things happen, and it's out of our control. Not my fault I had to reschedule! I'll be looking for a new place better than here. - 2/15/24I had Tandy today and I will be requesting her from now on! She was awesome. Most importantly she listened to what I wanted and did exactly that!! It's so nice when a stylist listens. - 6/12/22I just came from getting my hair shampoo'd, cut and blow-dried. I was uncertain what I wanted as far as hairstyle but Patrick made some suggestions and my hair turned out fabulous. - 6/8/22Zero Stars if I could give that. I just left there crying. I went in for a trim, since I am trying to grow my hair out. The girl gave me a uneven bowl cut looking haircut in the back. Completely botched my hair. All they could say is, I can give my managers number. No offer to fix it or do anything else. - 4/21/22Don't waste your time (or breath) explaining how you want your hair to be cut by Carrie. Not even showing her a picture got the message across. Nothing got her to stop talking, listen, and do what was asked. She just cut my hair the way SHE thought it should be done. Never again with her. - 2/7/22My hair color is horrible. I came in 2 weeks ago, brought in the color I had been using, asking that the base/low lights stay and showed a picture of my own color that I wanted my highlights to be. I ended up with gold and brassy highlights and my roots were not done. When I called to complain, I was rescheduled and my roots were done and a toner applied. I ended up paying with Tip, over 200. None of my hair blends, its horrible, my roots are this bright red and my highlights are still brassy, orange and blonde. I am very disappointed and will not pay them again to correct their mistake. - 11/17/21Recently moved to the Bradenton area. Finding a new colorist/stylist not an easy task. I have to say I am ecstatic that I found PATRICK!! He worked wonders getting my gray roots to a gorgeous blonde. A color & highlight process that turned out perfect. Hats off to you, Sir.
