I booked a same day service appointment, I just wanted a trim with layers, sadly all I received was a cut and no layers, my stylist was great,he was a good soul but he was new and every time he had a question the other stylist completely ignored him and continued her conversation with another co worker whose hair she was doing, my hair was cut very short and something that could have taken 15 minutes took about an hour, I’ll probably go to a diff location next time but this was just sad to see, I can’t believe people continue to get services by them with all the bad reviews the CONTINUE to get. - 6/19/22I went to the same stylist for the third time and my hair was in the style I wanted but needed to be shaped up as I told the stylist who created the cut for me. 35 min later my hair was cut up to my ears in some bowl cut. My question is do these “stylist” even hear what you tell them? I have to cover my hair with scarves when I go out in public because I’m so embarrassed with what she did.
- 6/4/22Horrifying! Worst haircut ever. I have NEVER seen anything so bad and the whole experience was traumatizing. Gia did a haircut on me that looked like a 2 year old did it with play scissors. She was so unprofessional and does not know how to cut hair at all and just did a horrible job. Uneven and unfinished haircut. - 12/22/20Cornelia did a great job highlight my hair and was very friendly and professional. I was very upset that they didn't honor their advertised 1/2 off discount. I chose this store because of their advertised discount and when I got to my appointment was told they'd email their boss and I don't think they even tried because I had to pay the full price of 190.00. I think it's very unprofessional to pull people in with discount and then not honor it. I think I'm due a rebate. Other than that my experience was great and Cornelia was wonderful and deserves 5 stars.
- 6/22/20Jess is absolutely amazing. I have had my hair very very short for the last 30 years. I haven't had a haircut since January, because of the pandemic. My hair is now longer than it's ever been in yet when I look at it ends it still perfectly even. Not only is she a great hair stylist she is also one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am so lucky to have found your shop and especially to have found Jess.
- 1/6/20I take back me bad review from yesterday. After taking another customer before me with a later appointment, the technician apologize and did not charge me and refused a tip. I TIPPED her anyway. So good recovery !
- 1/5/20Booked an appointment 4 hours in advance, had someone with an appointment an hour and a half after me and then tried to tell me they were behind. I told them this guy came after me. Not happy, I usually have no problems here. But not today
- 1/4/20I did not get the cut I asked for. I wanted was about 6 inches cut with some subtle layers. What I got was shorter hair with choppy layers that look terrible.
- 12/15/19Can i put 10 stars? Well my hair was so damage... 6 years of bleach and no taking care of it... i had layers but it wasn’t layers it was all broken and i decide for a recommendation to go with Lindsay and she did a wonderful amazing job with my hair! I am so happy with my new hair cut and i cant wait to change the color on my next appointment Thank you so much for the amazing job you did today!
