- 6/18/23I had a 9am appointment and the stylist was “running late” (which was going to be 30-45 minutes). I adjusted my very tight schedule around this appointment. I had been trying very hard for a long time to find something available that worked with my schedule. I felt bad for the other two stylists who did arrive in time and couldn’t get in. The one stylist already there was very kind, apologizing and offering to reschedule. I truly did not have another time this whole week to reschedule. I have important activities this week that I needed to look my best, and now have no haircut. . We do provide a phone number and email for the appointment, but the stylist did not reach out to me. When she knew she was late, she should have reached out directly to give advance notice. Instead, she just allowed me to show up and left her coworkers to break the news, assuming I have that much time to just wait around. - 1/14/23Today my appointment for 8am. I was there Kailey was not. The gas and my time that was wasted should matter. They were going to squeeze me in but I had an appointment for a reason. - 8/19/22My hair looks absolutely awful. The stylist cut off almost four inches more than I asked for and didn't blend the layers properly; they look like they were hacked off with a knife. - 6/5/22The person that had cut my hair a couple of times moved so was worried about someone else well I'm very happy to get someone new. I think it was Leslie but got switched at last minute because someone's color was taking longer. Very happy with my cut and love how it felt with the shampoo/cond she used. She did a great job. I had no idea what to do with my color and she not only saved me money by telling me I don't need highlights, but she picked out the perfect shade for my hair color. - 1/19/22reonna is the best!! we had talked on the phone several times talking about what service i would like and she was so patient, kind, and informative every single time. we were finally able to set up a consultation and she was so great with me the entire time. she really took the time to fully explain what she envisioned for my service, and took just as much time to listen to what i wanted and took that into account. i came in with virgin curly hair and she gave me stunning caramel blonde highlights without damaging my curls at all, if anything she gave it more hydration and life. it has been a month and the color hasnt diminished at all, its like i got it done yesterday. she is a great stylist to start, or continue, your hair journey with. i 100% recommend and will be returning.Response from HairCuttery • 6/9/22Hi paula p, thanks for sharing this feedback! - 10/13/21I can't rave enough about Nikki. I'm a barber in Jersey and when my parents moved to fl my mom was worried about finding someone that would take good care of her. After googling and seeing all the reviews naming Nikki, I called my mom and told her to call and book an appointment with her. I can't express enough appreciation for her going the extra mile to not only knock my mom's cuts and blow outs out of the park, but for being kind and never rushing her out the door. - 8/6/21If you walk in and they send you to Joanne, walk out.
She needs to go back to Hair Styling 101.. Used slippers to cut hair (male) never washed or applied conditioner. I had to straighten my side burns when I got home, they were visibly crooked. She rushed and wanted to get to the next person to butcher. Next time if Rose is not there I will walk out. - 8/5/21If you go to this location and they assign you to Joanne, walk out. She needs to go back to hair styling 101. Add states, Signature cut, hair styling, shampoo and conditioner. Yeah right!!!! This never happened and I had to go home to straighten out my sideburns as they were uneven.
She was only interested in finishing up so she could go butcher the next victim. - 6/2/21Nikki does my hair the best. She is like family. I had always looked for new and different styles. Then I met Nikki and told her what I wanted. I have had so many compliments. I will not change my stylist. She is such an amazing person. There needs to be more Nikki's. Everyone looks up to her. Something very rare. Thanks Nikki!!!!
- 5/23/21If I could give lower than a one, I would. I took my two young kids in for hair cuts and when we got home, I got a closer look and they were both atrocious. The youngest one has a chunk missing in the back of his head (of hair) And she wasn’t going to take any off the front until I said some thing… And his hair was in his eyes so it’s common sense to cut hair that is in one’s eyes. My oldest only asked for a trim on his bangs (out of his eyes) and she was supposed to trim the back (to make it even) and his sideburns- what we got is what looks like someone put a bowl on his head and cut around it. This is BY FAR the worst place to go to have your hair done. You get what you pay for I guess- we figured, ah, Walmart why not it can’t be that bad.... we were wrong. Our goal is to provide a 5 star service for each guest. - 2/21/21I just had by FAR the most horrific experience getting my hair colored. Not only did she get hair dye all over my face and neck she also tore up my hair, she nearly got bleach in my eye, she was very rough and didn’t even close to match the look I wanted to go for. I would have rather her tell me it wasn’t an achievable look than completely ruin my hair. I would never return. Nor would I recommend anyone come to get their hair done here. For the price I payed I feel completely ROBBED for the most horrific hair. Not to mention she wasn’t even able to style my hair because it wasn’t “agreeing” with her. - 12/29/20Kelsey is the best. I am so happy that I have found such an amazing stylist. She really listened to what I want the first time I was there and every time I go back she knows what I like and I don't have to explain it every time.
