Terrible customer service. I have used other hair cuttery locations before because of the great experience and being able to walkin, as my schedule is unpredictable to make appt. Never had a bad experience until today.
Advertise walk in service online, lady told me that they only take appointments as they were "appointment based only". Even though I told her online says differently. She still refused. Business wasn't very busy and still 4 hours until closing. Will not be returning to that location. If I can't trust you to honor your business, I can't trust your skills.

Bad customer service. They state they take walk-in appointments but not true, I walked in and just wanted a haircut but was told no appointments available so I made an appt for the next day but when I arrived the lady told me she was running really behind and was not nice about it. I just walked out. Don’t go here expecting good service cuz you will just be turned away. They need to take down their sign that says walk ins welcome.

Crappy service, charged me $22.00 and when I pointed out that she didn't shampoo and condition, she said didn't matter 22. Tossed my change at me and walked away.. A hair cut should be a pleasant moment in your day. This was stressful. I still left a $5 tip. Not sure why! I won't come back here.

Empty store, stopped in, rude woman insisted I had to make an appointment and was not offered to wait to see if there was a no show, seen her before, she is not a people person, I was a frequent customer to this location

Called to see if they take walkins because they weren't at one point and girl basically said no, then she said yes, but we are really busy at this time. Told her I needed a trim and only had the morning available. She then stated "I hope you have a better day". During this time in the world you think you should do what you could to get customers in.

I just want to say that i have never had any bad experience here and Amber Lynn is amazing.. I couldnt ask for a better hair stylist that talks to me and is so good with my hair no matter what she does with it.. I love this place and i always recommend it.. Amber Lynn u are amazing

ridiculous twice had appt/ twice stylist called in late or called off, no one let me know drove to appt, broken wrist, offered to have me wait for another stylist, with 4 people ahead of me, sent feedback to corp, now 7 days later still no response, been loyal for over 5 years, no more, i will never step foot in your salons anywhere

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes on saturday evening! A beautiful lady named Kayla checked me in even though her shift was over and a life long PSJ resident ( 23 years ), a young lady whose name I forget cut my hair. She did a fantastic job in just minutes! Kayla and I shoped at Winn Dixie minutes later.......lol....good people....good cuts.....😊

Kayla was awesone! She was totally focused on my satisfaction. Even as i told her she was in control she still wanted my approval! Lol....
I fully trusted her and her expertise..she did an awesome job with what this old man gave her to work with....thank you Kayla!.....:-)

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. When used properly, Barbicide® is EPA registered to kill surface germs, fungi and viruses, including Hepatitis B, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the common cold and the human coronavirus.

To Book on line:
1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
