She looked at the pic of the style I wanted, listened intently to my concerns, asked my opinion throughout, and was willing to change anything I wanted. - 4/24/23I rushed into this Hair cuttery after leaving another salon that butchered my hair. I was upset and I didn’t know what to do. Kim and a young gentleman which sadly I did not get his name met me as I walked in and immediately put me in a chair and started working on my hair. I left that day with a lot less hair than I started the day with thanks to the first place but now I have a short very cute style that everyone seems to love on me. - 8/1/22Terrible customer service. I have used other hair cuttery locations before because of the great experience and being able to walkin, as my schedule is unpredictable to make appt. Never had a bad experience until today.
Advertise walk in service online, lady told me that they only take appointments as they were "appointment based only". Even though I told her online says differently. She still refused. Business wasn't very busy and still 4 hours until closing. Will not be returning to that location. They state they take walk-in appointments but not true, I walked in and just wanted a haircut but was told no appointments available so I made an appt for the next day but when I arrived the lady told me she was running really behind and was not nice about it. I just walked out. Don’t go here expecting good service cuz you will just be turned away. - 10/2/21Crappy service, charged me $22.00 and when I pointed out that she didn't shampoo and condition, she said didn't matter 22. Tossed my change at me and walked away.. A hair cut should be a pleasant moment in your day. This was stressful. I still left a $5 tip. Not sure why! I won't come back here.
- 3/8/21Empty store, stopped in, rude woman insisted I had to make an appointment and was not offered to wait to see if there was a no show, seen her before, she is not a people person, I was a frequent customer to this location
- 2/22/21Called to see if they take walkins because they weren't at one point and girl basically said no, then she said yes, but we are really busy at this time. Told her I needed a trim and only had the morning available. She then stated "I hope you have a better day". - 1/21/19ridiculous twice had appt/ twice stylist called in late or called off, no one let me know drove to appt, broken wrist, offered to have me wait for another stylist, with 4 people ahead of me, sent feedback to corp, now 7 days later still no response, been loyal for over 5 years, no more, i will never step foot in your salons anywhere
- 1/19/19I was in and out in less than 15 minutes on saturday evening! A beautiful lady named Kayla checked me in even though her shift was over and a life long PSJ resident ( 23 years ), a young lady whose name I forget cut my hair. She did a fantastic job in just minutes! Kayla and I shoped at Winn Dixie minutes later.......lol....good people....good cuts.....😊
