No se los recomiendo - 7/16/22Mikayla is incredible. I explained to her what I was looking for and showed her a picture. I did not expect for it to come out exactly what I wanted. Not only did she do my hair so fantastically but she was also so kind and inviting. As a person that suffers from social anxiety I felt nothing but comfortable with her and talking to her. - 7/3/22I went to this place to get a haircut for my son. I referred myself as a fade the haircut that I wanted for my son. I show pictures and I said that we wanted it lower. Richard finished and the haircut was long and very dirty on the front so I tried to show more pictures and he was rolling the eye on me and wasn’t helpful at all. No emphatic at all. For sure he was having a bad day. We don’t need people like this going to work because cause a very bad experience. When he finished my request with a very bad attitude. I paid and left. When I arrive to the car I realize that he did even worse job, he lowered just one side of the head, I think that he did it on purpose. I went back and he wasn’t even moving when I explained again that that wasn’t right. Asking me want do you want me to do? This was the second time. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM RICHARD. I need my money back or this will go very far including the tip. He doesn’t deserve to work there. I’m going in a cruise and now tight on time I have to go the another barber shop to fix the crap 💩 he did. I have pictures that I’m going to escalate if I don’t have a resolution and my money back. No manager involved nooooothing when I left angry I just heard a co worker also sayin ehhhhhh . Unprofessional staff, inaceptable customer experience, and people that don’t care about company or customers. They will ruin that place. - 9/2/21I have been to several Hair Cuttery and other salon. I am a cosmetologist myself and years ago managed a salon in S Florida. I made an appt first thing in AM for and afternoon appt for a full highlight. I did not know anyone here. I pass another Hair Cuttery on the way to this one cause I didnt like the atmosphere or the cut at the previous one. I was so hesitate about going here. I was booked with Karah and she was fabulous. I love it. Joesph and 2 other ladies were there and they all had great relationships at work together and not to mention I watched there work it was amazing too. I told them when i come back I want the same group there cause I was there for hours but they made it feel like i was home with my family orr friends. Very great group of stylist here. I love my cut and my highlights. Plus my husband really likes it too. Thanks for restoring my faith in stylist without breaking my wallet. (no I do not style anymore)

Joseph is AWESOME! Joseph full foiled my hair blonde and it looks AMAZING, and he gave me his number so that I could come back in to see him another day so he can tone my hair more! (Loves his clients) He took his time, and you can tell he loves his job as it shows in his work! Absolutely recommend going to see him if you ever come here! But, I was handed off to another stylist to do my keratin treatment which I had never done before. The lady who did that couldn’t of been more aggressive with my hair it hurt SO bad. I had been there for 8 hours. 2 of the hours were with Joseph(Amazing), then I continued to wait for 2-3 hours for the other hairdresser to start my keratin (She left the store to go get more keratin.) Then when she got back I waited for another 30 minutes as she was helping someone else. Then, she finally started the treatment. It was burning my skull so bad, and I told her that it was. She just told me to put my head back in the heat thing. Then after, she had to brush out my hair while it was hard as a ROCK, and she was SO aggressive. I could tell she wanted to leave which didn’t make me feel great. Then, she had to straighten my hair. After that, Joseph had taken me back over to finish toning my hair and washing my hair. The other lady had me pay and then she left. Joseph stayed and made sure I was happy with what I got. He went above and beyond to make me feel great. I will be going back for Joseph because I’ve never had my hair look better until I had him do my hair. But, will not be letting the lady touch my hair. All in all my experience started and ended amazing with Joseph.

I prefer to leave no review rather than a negative one but have to do it this time. After letting my hair grow out, post chemo, for 18 months I went for my first hair cut - a simple Bob cut.
What I ended up with is not a bob and one side is 1/2” shorter than the other.
At the cost of $53 to boot!!!!

Maribel took the time to understand what color and cut I wanted, and delivered perfectly. Do not hesitate to visit this salon, and ask for MARIBEL...she is the best💕
- 12/17/19Hello, for the great designer that took care of my hair today Carmen W. At HC Ovation I give 5 stars!, Excellent work and costumer service. To HC I will like to bring a big concern, I arrived at 10:15 am to HC and left around 3pm, the service I requested didn't required that much time, however... Carmen seemed to be the only Salon Professional to take care of the arriving costumers and this took her time from working on my hair. Every time a costumer arrived it seemed like the rest of the staffed gave the back and didn't care for taking turns to attend the arriving costumers and Carmen ended up needing to put on hold my service to attend a new arriving costumer. I honestly loved the result and how Carmen managed my hair, I will follow up on my hair color with her, however my concern should be followed by the administration of this location and request the same level of great costumer service from the rest of the salon professionals.
