- 3/30/23I made an appointment, which was recommended that I do when I walked in without one, TWO days in advance for a 5:30 appoint. I arrived at 5:15, not expecting to be taken early but hopeful. 5:30 came and went, 5:45 came and went and not one person said a word to me. I left 25 minutes AFTER my appointment time without a word being said to me while the lady behind the counter stocked shelves and priced shampoo. Have the decency to call your appointments if your going to be running half an hour late. You’d think I was at a doctors office, it’s a freaking haircut not brain surgery.
- 2/11/23Good haircut, but getting someone to answer the phone is like getting an audience with the Pope. I've called 4 times in the past 20 minutes, and each time no one answers the phone. There is also no option to leave a message for a return phone call. I wasn't calling to make an appointment, but the automated greeter told me I could easily schedule on line. I know that. - 1/25/23Sadly disappointed with my haircut. My best advice to Tasha is, "Evaluate the condition of the hair, look at the customer and suggest the best style for their facial structure". - 1/7/23Jeanne is a great stylist. I went 3 months without a haircut thinking I wanted to grow it out. I can’t not believe how great it looks now and she will be helping me grow it out with my haircuts. What was I thinking. - 8/6/22Jean is great! Knowledgeable and has a professional manner and she's friendly to top it off. She's treated both myself and my daughter so well and our hair looked great! - 4/28/22Guess you have to have an appointment to get a haircut now. Walked in at 10:00am was told that I could make an appointment for 1;00pm. There were two employees and one customer in the building. Normally takes less than 15 minutes for me to get a haircut, that includes washing. - 3/27/22A relaxing experience. I walked in early in the morning and found I needed to book an appointment for a haircut. When I returned for my appointment Sarah greeted me, washed and cut my hair exactly as I had asked her to do.
