My son made an appointment for a trim. A simple trim. He explained exactly that to Jen, a “Master Stylist” and she completely butchered my son’s beautiful hair. It’s uneven, choppy, too short, and not at all what my son asked for. Jen cut several inches instead of just trimming the ends as my son requested. It took my son over 8 months to grow his hair out and when he left the salon he was completely devastated. When I went into the salon to speak to the manager he was extremely rude and beyond incompetent. The “manager”, I did not get his name unfortunately, seemed to be very bothered by the fact that I dare come back into the salon to voice my concerns and dissatisfaction. He downright demanded that my son come back into the salon so that he himself could see the horrible haircut that my son received. I asked for a refund and he refused to issue one. He said, “our system is very different. I can’t just give you your money back.” My son paid with his debit card, which is the same as cash. He very well could have given my son his money back. Instead he made the situation even worse. We will NEVER go back to this salon.
