Since I have a handicap most stylists get a little weird, she treated me with respect and did exactly what I wanted. - 8/2/23Rating 1.0Was ripped off, signed in online wanted to surprise my 90 year old Mom. I had a special sent to me in email so signed in to use. They used that but said 30 dollars, me thinking they didnt use special. Gave here 40 dollars. She printed receipt when I asked for it and I shoved in pocket. Only said 15.00. So that means she got 40 dollars minus the 15 the receipt said. She kept the difference and lied. I didn't realize til later that I was ripped off. I was just treating my Mom. - 3/21/23Rating 1.0One of the worst cuts I’ve ever had. Paid for a full bayalage and there are splotches everywhere, made sure to reiterate I wanted it blended and soft…. It’s patchy as if I did it at home. I asked for a trim and soft fringe and now have a shelf that goes back half of my head on one side and not on the other (I have a middle part) I spent two years growing my hair out and by the end of the almost four hour experience, I paid and left as quickly as I could so I could cry in my car.Response from HairCuttery • 3/30/23Hi Cheryl M, thank you for your feedback. She listened and asked questions about how I felt and let me have time to decide . - 2/20/22Rating 1.0Well, I just wasted 50 dollars Saturday.. I asked for 6 highlights to break up the red on the back of my hair.. I got six ok… they are one highlight ,on each the size of a small string.. and they were put on the tinder side of my hair, were they do nothing to break up the red on the top layer of my hair… total waste of money.. where do they get these people from that do your hair???
