- 11/10/22Robin is always professional, friendly & on time. I have repeated excellent weekly experiences with her for wash & blow-dry, color and cuts. We make changes if something can be more to my satisfaction. She’s the greatest. - 10/16/22Very unsatisfied with this place. First i went to an appointment that I had scheduled. When I got there the lady tells me that my appointment is at another location. That i have to return back in an hour. So i go back in an hour and she was like your appointment was at 1:30. I'm like no you told me to come back in an hour at 1:00 so its 2:00 now. So she was like, ok let me just clean up. So she wasnt even going to wash my hair until I asked her to. So then she starts cutting my hair and when she was done it looked pretty good. So when i get home, mind you I live like an hour away. I go to straighten my hair and one side is longer than the other 😡😡. If she doesn't know what she is doing or didn't want to cut my hair she should of just said NO. I will never go to this place again 😡😡. - 6/27/22I had Zoe as my stylist. I wanted a more natural look, the grays are starting to set in but they were kind of dingy, so she did some low lights and highlights to help them blend better and not be so dull. She did exactly what was requested. She was through and asking me questing, doing a test strip, and requesting sample pictures. - 4/7/22I told the stylist what I wanted done and showed her a picture. She said I should get a spiral perm, which I did. She changed the price and the total amount was more than the high range cost of spiral perms (I found out later). After the perm, which was well done, I believe, she did a 5 minute straight cut and said she was done. I asked about layers and she said she would do them next time, along with the streak of color I requested. When I received the invoice it appeared to have the original perm, plus the spiral perm in the charges. She told me that the extra $95 was just for the specialty wrap, not the perm. I was also charged separately for the chemicals used. Even though she said it was the total cost, it did not included the services requested. - 1/28/22I have went to this location for many years and this last time was terrible. I went in to have my roots done and a partial highlight which I have had done severe times.. Everytime I had to his done before , they distribute the 12 foils appropriately as needed (12) This time, she decides to put them all on n the top and side ( heavily) and nothing for the back.. My hair is light brown with blonde highlights, it came out thick blond on top and nothing added to the back, I looked like a mop head.. it was horrible, all the fellow workers at work asked me who did it and how bad it looked. Even customers that I work with asked me why I did that and who done it.. it was terrible. I went back to get them to fix it and they said it would cost me 91 dollars more and I had already spent a lot as it was.. It was terrible.. - 12/19/21I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this Hair Cuttery. I had a hair cut while I was waiting for my granddaughter to have her hair colored, which did not turn out to be satisfactory, after spending $200+. My haircut was one of the worst that I have ever had, and the stylist had the personality of a rock. My granddaughter purchased an expensive hair conditioner to use at home using her debit card. She decided she did not want the product so we returned to the salon to get a refund, only to find out that because she used a debit card, the refund would have to be reviewed by a regional manager and a check would have to be mailed to her,a refund could not be given at the salon. I know of no other retailer of any product or service who does not give an immediate refund for returned merchandise. The salon associates say nothing at the time of purchase about their refund procedure, though they do say that if you are not satisfied with a a product it can be returned. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! On a redeeming note, when we returned to the salon, I asked for a correction on my haircut after expressing my dissatisfaction. The salon’s assistant manager, Della, did apologize for that and did recut my hair at no additional fee and she did a satisfactory job of correcting my bad haircut.Response from HairCuttery • 1/13/22Hi Liz w, we’re so sorry we didn’t meet your expectations during your visit. - 11/28/21Booked an appointment on 11/22 for 11/27 at 11am. I'm a nurse work hard don't have a lot of time off. I thought make an appointment in and out and overwith. I get a call 5 days later one hour and fifty minutes before my appointment wanting me to come at 12 that they have a color that was going to take longer. I said I can't I have plans for the day. Well you can call quarter til 11 and see where I am. Why have someone make an appointment then. Very unprofessional I could have went somewhere else.

- 7/29/21Terrible service. Booked online with Andrew and when I got there I was told he wouldn’t be in until next week. It was their 1st time getting their hair done im a salon. Ashley did an amazing job and was a big part of making memories for my nieces and myself. Thank you!
- 8/8/20I had an issue with my hair and needed to come back for corrective color. Cindy was not my original stylist but did the corrective color. She was so patient and knew exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love my hair and will be returning for Cindy!
- 7/18/20Ashleigh is the best! Thank you so much. You did a fantastic job of fixing the color of my hair. Ashleigh is very talented in hair color. If you ever have an issue with this she is the one. She was able to take a mess of other salon's mistake and make it into something more than what I thaught possible. Thank you again Ashleigh!! I will be back.
- 5/10/20I only let Skylar cut my hair. She’s one of the best there, and she has a great personality. Very professional and does a great job every time. Highly recommend.

- 10/5/19Terrible customer service , she was so rough with my hair & the my ombré turned into a balayage , it looked nothing like I wanted it too . And she knew I didn’t like it , she said it’ll take some time getting used to it . She was kinda nice .
