I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this Hair Cuttery. I had a hair cut while I was waiting for my granddaughter to have her hair colored, which did not turn out to be satisfactory, after spending $200+. My haircut was one of the worst that I have ever had, and the stylist had the personality of a rock. My granddaughter purchased an expensive hair conditioner to use at home using her debit card. She decided she did not want the product so we returned to the salon to get a refund, only to find out that because she used a debit card, the refund would have to be reviewed by a regional manager and a check would have to be mailed to her,a refund could not be given at the salon. I know of no other retailer of any product or service who does not give an immediate refund for returned merchandise. The salon associates say nothing at the time of purchase about their refund procedure, though they do say that if you are not satisfied with a a product it can be returned. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! On a redeeming note, when we returned to the salon, I asked for a correction on my haircut after expressing my dissatisfaction. The salon’s assistant manager, Della, did apologize for that and did recut my hair at no additional fee and she did a satisfactory job of correcting my bad haircut.
