They followed the reference image to a T and asked questions along the way accommodating for the shock of such a different look. - 6/11/22Rating 5.0The first time I came in as a walk-in. I just so happened to be in town visiting a friend and I came back a second time (from Jacksonville) because of the service and style. Jen is a phenomenal colorist. I wanted to try something new and she did a balayage that was AMAZING! I have received so many compliments on my hair. I have also watched as she, Lexi, and Susan have given phenomenal service. They definitely go the extra mile. I had tire trouble today and Jen was able to get me in and out before closing. Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable in her craft. I highly recommend these stylist and this location. - 5/8/22Rating 1.0Sucked! This is not the first visit! I have always been pleased with my service but today you can take it where the sun shines!!! Lack of professionalism! Didn’t want to go the extra. Stated didn’t have time for a wash blow dry only one other person waiting in waiting room. 2 people besides myself. When asked if she could do my eyebrows don’t have time was the response! Eyebrows take less than 5 mins…so what we now need to go somewhere else where people would like to do their job and be courteous professionals ok no problem! - 7/20/21Rating 1.0I was not asked if I wanted my sideburns trimmed. She just cut them way back. I said 3 1/2 and she used a 3. She was robotic. Didn't trim eyebrows...never showed me the price. - 12/15/20Rating 1.0Showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment. Was told it would be just one moment. That same woman took someone else back and gave them a haircut at my appointment time. After waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time I asked her how long it was going to be, and again was told one moment . I left without a haircut.
