- 10/22/22I scheduled appointment for Saturday with any stylist @10:30am. I didn’t receive a call to ask if it was ok to change my appointment time just a text message stating it was moved to 2:30om
If they don’t need my business at 10:30— you won’t need it at 2:30. No respect for others hence I now understand your bad wrap.

Watched clients sit for a long time by the window and then told we have no one available for a few hours. This is not acceptable.
My issue is that I went for a root touch up. When the girl was washing my hair she asked if I was going to get a blowout. I have never been asked this, ever. I said yes, stupidly . I would assume that if you are washing my hair that you would dry it. I paid my bills without checking it and when I got home was shocked to see that I was charged $25 to blow out my hair. Was I supposed to go home with dripping wet hair? In all my years this has never happened to me. You all can kiss my back as I walk out the door. I will never venture inside that rip-off place again. I made an appointment after moving my schedule around before leaving town. Arrived at 1:15 for a 1:30 and was told I could not be worked in until 5:00. - 4/2/22I arrived at 9:30, walked in, no one greeted me, no sign in sheet, sat there, one person got done, never asked had I been helped or did I have an appointment. There is a sign on the door for walk ins, every one there acted too busy for a walk in. Another stylist got finished, her Customer paid, she asked was I there for a cut, I said yes, she then proceeded to tell me the next available appointment wasn’t until 12. Got there to not only be told I didn’t have an appointment but I would have to come back later.
The unwillingness to make this right and attitude I got at the front desk instantly showed me they didn’t need my business. Take my advice and skip this place, there are literally dozens of shops a stones throw away from this dreadful place. - 7/11/21I came to the store today with my daughter, waiting in the lobby and just observed while waiting. Customer service is obviously not top priority at this location. There is a stylist with burgundy braids that need to be re-educated on her communication skills, as well as, what is and is not appropriate to share with customers. She continuously spoke negatively about the manager and the other stylists while checking out customers. Very awkward for the customers waiting. As a manager myself, I would never tolerate that type of representation of my company.
Follow up to my previous feedback…my daughter’s stylist was Sunny, she was very helpful, asked questions and did a really good job on the cut.

I don’t remember the stylists name. Several times during my shampoo she pulled my hair and asked her not to. She immediately asked if I was ok. During conditioner it happened again. I said she needed more conditioner if she what she was doing wasn’t working. During the cut I asked her to blow dry my hair and she responded with she had another appointment coming in. Her appointment wasn’t there yet. She went to front desk to check the time and said something to the stylist sitting at front desk and came back to say no she couldn’t dry my hair. After all this and paying for the service with her appointment still not there, she could have blow dried my hair. Also the service would have been a few dollars more than what they charged, making the shop more money and her a bigger tip. Poor decision not only for customer service but in the a money making one to. I wasn’t happy when I left. I had other errands to run and looked like I was coming in from the pool or the beach.
I won’t be back to this shop. - 3/16/20Teresa Heston gave me a beautiful cut and was so cheerful - it was a great experience!
- 7/7/19If I could give this place 0 stars then I wold, this is not the first time but the second time I have went in for a SIMPLE high and tight haircut for 2 years now. So I was told well I am unsure that I can do this with just my hands but we can try.. I mean its a high and tight haircut? HOW on God's green earth do you mess that up, not once but twice? And I asked for a hard part, yeah that happened,,,, in the middle of my hair. SO, now I have a random line down the middle of my hair. My suggestion to everyone, do not go there for something simple because obviously if its not exotic hair colors then they can not do it! Contacted the manger from the store, "SHE IS TRAINING TO BE THE MANAGER" lol this place is a complete joke!!!!!!!! So now $21 later, I have to go elsewhere to see if something can be fixed with the half mohawk that I was given. Incredibly PISSED is an understatement .

- 4/10/19I love this location so much! It’s closest to home and I’ve come here for all my hair-related appointments. Suzan is amazing and she’s been the one doing my haircuts and dyes for the last five appointments. She’s so nice, patient and professional altogether. She’s always looked out for my hair and recommended what products I should use after my appointments and I always look forward to coming back knowing the team at this location are all amazing. :)
