It has taken me a week to do this. I went to the Hair Cuttery at 13249 City Sq. Dr. on 4/21/21. I took 5 pictures of haircuts. I talked at length with the girl before she started. I have bad eyesight and of course didn't have my glasses on. She insisted to start with shears in the back and she said to "fade" the back. She cut, and cut, and cut, and cut. I finally reached up and felt that ALL of my hair was gone. I began to argue with the girl that I looked like a man. She defended herself, but did admit it was SHORT and didn't charge me. BUT, the front bangs were to be below the eyes, the sides over the ears and the crown no shorter that 3", reaching the ocipital bone on my skull. This was conveyed to her clearly. When I got home I measured my hair. The longest hair is directly on top and is 1 1/4" long, the crown is 1" and the bangs are half way between my eyebrows and hair line. The back and sides are shaved so short I can't even comb them. I have had bad haircuts in my life of 70 years, but I have never been totally disregarded and destroyed by a stylist. I went home and cried for so long my eyes swelled shut. If I had the money, I would sue this salon.
