- 8/2/22Rating 2.0The stylist who colored my hair took a ridiculous amount of time to completely finish my hair color. The end result was not what I wanted. I feel very disappointed in the result. Tim provided haircut for me. He cut my dry hairs! He didn't offer me to wash my hairs! He spent just about 10-15 minutes. At the checkout I asked him why it was the same price as in case if I get shampoo and conditioner washing. His answer was that hair wash using shampoo and conditioner is optional! - 6/13/20Rating 1.0Finally after 3 years in Jacksonville, FL I find a stylist that understands what I like and how my hair needs to be styled. Mahailey was that stylist. And yes the covid 19 things is tragic and I have been holding out since March. So when will you reopen your salons? If not soon... business will be taken elsewhere. Other salons are open. Why not you.
