- 4/2/23Great customer service. The hair stylist Courtney did a wonderful job cutting our son's hair. He is 4 years old and she made simple conversation with him that kept him happy and still in the barber's seat. We showed her a picture of how we wanted it cut and she cut it exactly like the picture. - 3/31/22I WENT INTO THE STORE AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR 03.31.22 AT 630PM. WHILE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AN AFRICAN AMERICAN STYLIST WHO I HAVE NEVER SEEN ASK IF MY 3 YEAR OLD WILL SIT STILL. WHEN SHE WAS TOLD SHE WOULD BE WORKING AT THAT TIME SHE HAD A LOOK ON HER FACE. I FELT LIKE SHE HAD AN ISSUE SO I WAS GOING TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. BUT MY HUSBAND SAID TO JUST GO. MY HUSBAND SHOWS UP THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT AND THE PLACE IS LOCKED UP TIGHT. IT IS SO RUDE AND DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT A FAMILY AND I SHOCKED. - 12/21/21Had my son scheduled for a trim. Got a call about 30 min later saying they had to close due to a positive covid case coming thru. No biggie I thought I swing by an hour later for the Publix next door and they had 2 elderly sitting in chairs waiting and a couple getting their hair cut. They have a handwritten sign saying closed till Sunday but are still cutting hair and have elderly waiting like what happens to the covid issue?!?! I myself and another older lady were turned away. - 11/27/21This salon is one of the most friendly salon's in town. I have been going to this salon for along time. I have notice how rude customer's can be to the stylists. I never understood why. There are stylist giving there all. They are alot more then stylist. - 9/22/21Tammy Arais seemed to think when I asked for a trim, really just a little touch up fade to an established hair cut. What I really wanted was for her to try a speed record. 4 Minutes, fast like I wasn't worth the time. In her speed and carelessness she shaved up to far on the back of my head, I felt her do it. Then she spent 3 mins out of the 4 trying and failing to fade her mistake, Making it worst. I've been going to this location for 30 years. I've had a hair cut at least once a month. but this lady... Did she have something better to do at 4 pm with an empty shop? Was my $25 not enough to get her best? Should I expect my stylist to take more then a fast pass with a buzzer, before calling it done?
I get that I'm a man, and our hair cuts are not as difficult as a women's, But I feel like I'm not paying for a military assembly line of boy buzz cuts. I'm disappointed, My hair looks bad, really bad.

- 1/15/21My husband had an appointment today 1-15-2021 at 12pm for just a basics hair cut and when he got home and washed his hair his haircut was destroyed to no end. This is now the second time he’s gone there and his haircut was uneven and massacred. I was so upset I ended up having to just shave his whole head because there was nothing to do to fix what had been done. We will be taking our business elsewhere because no good hair stylist would have let him walk out seeing his hair in a million different lengths and very uneven. - 8/31/20First time here at Hair Cuttery And I love Audrea. She explained every step and actually made my hair look wonderful. She is detailed oriented and takes pride in what she does. And the fact she is upfront and honest makes it even better. Going back for a color and can’t wait to see this result. Thank you for being professional and very friendly. Definitely will be back!

Alla is the greatest thing since sliced bread! - 4/30/20Surheta has been cutting my hair for about five years. She is professional, courteous and very pleasant.
- 2/29/20My husband has gone to this location for over 10 years. It took the so called stylist 45 minutes to cut his hair. He always gets a "high and tight". He came home with patches of hair sticking out that were never even touched with the cutter. Now I have to figure out how we are going to fix this botched masacre of a haircut. He should have waited until Ms. Carol came to work. She is great!
- 12/18/19Worst location ever. The whole staff staff seems to not care. Do not go there.
- 3/17/19Had a 11:30 a.m. appointment March 17 2019 with Deja and she took someone else in at my appointment time was never considerate enough to come and apologize or make an effort to explain the situation. It is the worst service I have ever seen I will never go back to that store I hope that Deja gets fired.I finally just walked out.
- 3/14/19The worse experience ever! I did not get what I ask for and the cherry on top, my hair cut is uneven. Thanks a lot Hair Cuttery. I will definitely NOT returning.
