Tammy Arais seemed to think when I asked for a trim, really just a little touch up fade to an established hair cut. What I really wanted was for her to try a speed record. 4 Minutes, fast like I wasn't worth the time. In her speed and carelessness she shaved up to far on the back of my head, I felt her do it. Then she spent 3 mins out of the 4 trying and failing to fade her mistake, Making it worst. I've been going to this location for 30 years. I've had a hair cut at least once a month. but this lady... Did she have something better to do at 4 pm with an empty shop? Was my $25 not enough to get her best? Should I expect my stylist to take more then a fast pass with a buzzer, before calling it done?
I get that I'm a man, and our hair cuts are not as difficult as a women's, But I feel like I'm not paying for a military assembly line of boy buzz cuts. I'm disappointed, My hair looks bad, really bad.
I had just brought my two boys to this place last weekend, great cuts! but this person Tammy Arais, please if you are reading this, If she turns out to be your stylist, sit back down and wait for the next one.
