- 12/23/22The girl that answered the phone was highly unprofessional, impatient, and unempathetic. I was trying to ask a question as a first-time customer, and she cut me off with her rude and snarky comments. I was trying to ask about some of the stylists since there are many listed on the website. She tried to rush me off the line and told me that is a corporate question. I told her that is not a corporate question. She said she didn't understand my question. I told her she kept talking over me and wouldn't listen. I asked for the corporate number. She told me that I can Google it. Also, I asked for her name and she hung up on me. Each time that I called back, she would not answer and sent my call to voicemail. Later on, a nice older lady answered, and she said she doesn't know who I spoke to earlier. I had to call another Hair Cuttery location to get the Guest & People Care number. - 11/2/22Came in for a cut and have my roots colored in May. I wanted my roots to match the color of my hair. The color wasn’t anywhere close to what I wanted. After a couple of days I came back to see if my stylist was there to possibly fix it and she was not on that day. Another stylist knew why I was there because she was there the day I had it done and knew it wasn’t right. She fixed my hair for me at no charge. I never once said anything bad about the other stylist who messed up my hair. I wasn’t even mad. Things happen. Today I booked an appointment to have a haircut and I get a call that she does not want to do my hair any longer. I have been going to her for years and have never had an issue and always referred her to my friends. If I was angry with her I would never have booked another appointment. Well now I will never go back after how I was just treated. If you noticed I didn’t even mention the name of the stylist because I don’t want to tarnish her reputation as a hairdresser but I do hope she sees this and knows how disappointed I am in her now. - 10/24/22I highly encourage everyone to chose a different salon. Karen was the rudest hairdresser I have ever dealt with. She treated my mom like garbage and left her in tears. I tried talking to her to tell her she had hurt my mom feelings and she was extremely dismissive and made me speak to her from across the room. It’s a shame because everyone else there was so nice. - 3/11/22Worst customer service ever! I had an appt. Wasn’t told that Debra wasn’t there, hair was cut as stylist wanted not me. Waaay overcharged!! I went in to see a mgr. on 2/14, was told mgr. would call me the next day, nothing. 11 year customer. - 12/21/21I received an uneven and choppy haircut. I was talked into something I did not ask for,however I did agree, so I do not blame her for that, HOWEVER I did not agree to the haircut I was given. Not to mention I wanted a blowdry and was talked out of that as well and once I got home and did it myself, I know why. - 4/1/21Cynthia did a professional and fantastic job on the cut, highights,and blow dry of my long blonde hair the other day! She also nailed it on eyebrow waxing! She is my regular hair stylist of about 3 years. Cynthia really cares about her clients and has a great sense of humor, too!
