- 2/24/24I am a frequent customer of Hair Cuttery and it’s normally pretty pleasurable but this specific time was not the case. I had an appointment with Emily and she texted me asking if she could move my appointment later and unfortunately I told her that I couldn’t. By then I was already in the parking lot and Emily asked if she could reschedule me with another stylist. I said that’s fine. When I got into the salon Emily said that she misread the day and that I couldn’t be seen till an hour later, so I said that’s fine and waited patiently.
As I was waiting along with other guests in the entrance Vilma asked all of us “Are you ok is everyone being helped?” And I responded no not really, which was the truth and she responded with an attitude walking away “You are just being difficult” which clearly was not the case. I felt her outburst was completely unprofessional, uncalled for, and embarrassing to say the least. I asked to speak to the manager which was Patrese at the time and she seemed to show no empathy about what just occurred.
Luckily Diana was there to assist me. Ironically her appointment was canceled and she was able to take me. She has always been professional and does a great job with my hair. The location is lucky to have her. Thank you Thank you so much Diana for turning my experience around from what began as a total nightmare of an experience! - 11/5/23Book my daughter’s appointment for a hair cut and Book my appointment at 3pm for a balayage. Mind you, I been a customer before so they have my history there. When I get there Vilma takes care of my daughter while I go grab something to drink for us. When i come back she tells me she spoke with her manager and there is a possibility she won’t be able to take care of me due to the amount of work she has to do to my hair. There is two other employees sitting down not helping clients and one of them is the manager. I wait for my daughter and she tells me she is not going to be able to do it. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had in this hair salon. I go there for highlights, balayages and my daughter for her haircuts and highlights and I never been treated this poorly. With the amount of excuses. Vilma had the nerve to say there was no specifics on the service. It was a balayage. So it was color. It requieres a large amount of time. If she was not able to do it, pass it on to someone else. But while she was cutting my daughter’s hair she was doing a toner on another client. - 10/25/22Marisol has been taking care of my hair for a year now, she does a great job. She color-correction when I do something wrong at home, makes my hair pretty and shiny, cuts it well, and always makes me feel welcome and pretty. - 8/21/22I went in to the salon and asked for highlights and a cut. At the end of the appointment after my blow dry she parted my hair a certain way because she said it looks better. When i noticed at home that half of my hair is blonde and half of my hair is the natural brown color. Along with the fact that my roots look like they have already been grown out for a month. I went in to get a pixie cut..Patrice cut my hair and she’s listed as an above artist...so I naturally paid more for someone experienced..as soon as she started cutting my hair I knew I had made a mistake...my cut is growing out now and as to be expected after such a terrible cut..my hair is looking terrible! Was supposed to have blonde highlights with ash brown all over. I left with red hair and 4 hours of my time. I had to go back the next day for the manager to fix it. That was another 2 1/2 hours. So 6 1/2 and it still was not what I wanted
- 10/10/20Person at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me she just typed on the computer and walked away?! I came in for a haircut a simple haircut.
- 7/8/191 Star is generous. I’m so annoyed at the fact I booked my appointment 2 months in advance and show up today for a 9a appointment I was early to I showed up at 851a and waited 30 mins for no one to show up. This was an important appointment for me as I’m getting married next week thankfully I took my business elsewhere. Disgraceful
