- 4/25/23Terrible cut, so mad. I showed 5 pictures of medium to longer hair cuts, my hair was almost the middle of my back. It is now barely to my shoulders and nothing like any of the pictures I showed to stylist. She said she was giving me her signature haircut. Didn't ask how long I wanted my bangs, and they are so short I can barely curl them. I shouldn't have paid. Will never go to Hair Cuttery again. - 1/3/23I made a same day online appointment for Autumn. When I arrived 15 minutes early I was told she is out sick and they tried to call me, even recited my phone number. I showed them my phone. - 12/17/22I’ve made an appointment last week to get my hair done with Joanna and the day of that I drove an hour away and walk in they tell me that someone was sup to call me and cancel my appointment because she is out sick and I never received a phone call. I made an appointment over the phone with Autumn, when I got there she said that she has been scheduled me for a week later mistakenly, and right now she doesn’t have time to take care of me!!!!!
Imagine she did not care it was her mistake and she didn’t even tried to make it up some how and make Window for me. I would not have bleached my hair if I knew it was going to fall out/fry it. - 7/26/20I was here a few days ago and the service was not good. I’m not wanting to get anyone in trouble but I felt they cut my hair shorter than I wanted it. I just wanted a basic trim. Please go over customer service with your employees. I’m usually very happy with this place.

- 12/30/19Don't trust Jenn! She will lie to you and tell you she knows how to do the cut you want, then do a flamboyant blow out to hide her lack of cutting skills. She will charge $40 for a signature cut and blow out for an average cut. When several customers started walking in the door she practically threw me out of the chair to cash in on the next customers. Don't bother complaining to the manager, she encourages this type of deception, and will make you feel like you are the problem. This manager is cold blooded.Worst experience ever, twice, with two different stylists at this salon. Never going back. Stay away!!
- 12/18/19Chris O’Donnell is a fantastic hairdresser! I’ve known Chris over 20 years and I am so happy that I found him again. I travel from Daytona just to have him cut and style my hair. He’s creative and has a real flair for what’s current. #SimplyTheBest
