I made a same day online appointment for Autumn. When I arrived 15 minutes early I was told she is out sick and they tried to call me, even recited my phone number. I showed them my phone. Nope, no one called me. Lost another customer. Looking at reviews this is a trend.

I’ve made an appointment last week to get my hair done with Joanna and the day of that I drove an hour away and walk in they tell me that someone was sup to call me and cancel my appointment because she is out sick and I never received a phone call. I’m very disappointed that no one called because I have plans. Just lost a customer.

Autumn is amazing, not only did she cut my hair exactly how I wanted she was able to provide me with information about my hair and ways to help my hair be where it should which I loved. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, definitely will be returning for her services.

Illyana is super kind and listens to what you want done, after years of never finding a hair stylist that can do my hair right I've finally found one! She's amazing, even after a week from getting my hair done it still looks so good!

Horrible. Was given an appointment at no charge to try to fix what was done to my hair. Now, that appointment has been switched to another stylist that I do not want cutting my hair.

That was insulting
I made an appointment over the phone with Autumn, when I got there she said that she has been scheduled me for a week later mistakenly, and right now she doesn’t have time to take care of me!!!!!
Imagine she did not care it was her mistake and she didn’t even tried to make it up some how and make Window for me. They easily wasted my time and ruined my schedule that day with No apology and did not own to their mistake that it was their fault on their end!Horrible experience, will not be going back!

While I initially wrote a great review, the next day I realized that my hair was completely fried, and must have fallen out when it was bleached (which I was not made aware of) because the underneath of my hair is shorter than the rest. I would not have bleached my hair if I knew it was going to fall out/fry it. I also had to have my hair cut fixed as one said was longer than the other.

My stylist is fantastic but communication with this place is AWFUL! Had an appointment scheduled for a month, got reminders, walk in to be told my stylist is out. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I was here a few days ago and the service was not good. I’m not wanting to get anyone in trouble but I felt they cut my hair shorter than I wanted it. I just wanted a basic trim. Please go over customer service with your employees. I’m usually very happy with this place.

Suna is AMAZING! She did exactly what I wanted. She listened and gave great advise. She does a wonderful job with blonde highlights. Thank you Suna!!

Don't trust Jenn! She will lie to you and tell you she knows how to do the cut you want, then do a flamboyant blow out to hide her lack of cutting skills. She will charge $40 for a signature cut and blow out for an average cut. When several customers started walking in the door she practically threw me out of the chair to cash in on the next customers. Don't bother complaining to the manager, she encourages this type of deception, and will make you feel like you are the problem. This manager is cold blooded.Worst experience ever, twice, with two different stylists at this salon. Never going back. Stay away!!

Chris O’Donnell is a fantastic hairdresser! I’ve known Chris over 20 years and I am so happy that I found him again. I travel from Daytona just to have him cut and style my hair. He’s creative and has a real flair for what’s current. #SimplyTheBest

I been a customer of Hair cuttery for 15 years , I been to at least nine of the locations in a years time as I travel allot, love most of the locations
They are good stylist .

but for some strange reason your Lake Mary location up charges . I am sure, I am not the only one they do it to ; their explanation “ all other locations are not following the rules!!” so all other 9 locations I been have Broken the rules?? Lol by charging the correct fee a wash , blow dry with a roll brush and a hairdryer only for shoulder length wavy hair is $20 at every location but in Lake Mary it’s $35 -$38 and a an added hair cut is $12 not $8. ?? I understand it’s a few $1-$4 more for a seasoned stylist . But to go from a bill of $28 to $48 for cut, wash blow dry is unethical , managment needs to fix it !! They are not only up charging clients but not following your price list and regulations . Federal regulations of false advertising can Get a company in trouble. I thing the stylist feels they are being underpaid at that location as some of the comments made “are time is valuable” from the stylist with blue hair . I am putting this up on the form because this the 3 complaint to this Location and no managment has spoken to the store to fix the situation !! For now I will go to another salon as up charging is a unethical practice . ( sending gift card is not the solution).
