- 4/26/23I have used this place for 10 years..loved Yashira and now Heath.....today I was in the area so made appt for quick blunt cut trim. I got Deveny.....she is HORRIBLE....she picked up a comb that was lying on top of table before I could even say anything....dirty.....then proceeded to cut..when I tried to tell her what I wanted she shut me up saying..." now don't get huffy".....WTH......she cut left side shorter than rt side....and rt side is all chopped and different lengths..there is a hole in the back and when I pointed this out she said..."if you comb it this way it's not there" ...there are strings all through my hair that are longer and when I pointed this out she just chopped.... I want the damn cut to be straight!!! She is obviously not trained well...no class and soooo rude.....SHE IS HORRIBLE!!! I have been a customer at the salon, first seasonally for about 12 years and now two years as a regular. I tried to stay w/Heath, but then I had an appointment with him canceled because he was not available on the two days that I was open to schedule an appointment; then, next time around for scheduling Heath will be going on vacation and I was scheduled with someone else. I don’t like surprises when I walk in the door of the hair salon where I have an appointment. (I feel that I have to change salons; except for Diana, there was likely no one else in the salon, with his experience, and ability to work with a client. I know Heath is the best hairstylist I will ever have in this area BUT things change, new people are hired, personalities get in the way of good service sometimes. I am more of a diplomat than a conflict person, so it is easier to just find a new salon/ Hair Cuttery.) If you ask for Heath, or Diana, you will get the best service and hair styling you have ever had. ‼️ if the new hiree ever decides to move on, I MAY go back to the Largo Mall location – – very very convenient. - 12/28/22I paid for my haircut twice on my credit card because I was told it didn’t go through the first time, but it had. - 11/12/22Excellent customer service and excellent teamwork! - 6/24/22I just used Hair Cuttery for the first time. I didn't know anyone there. Went to the Largo Mall location. Booking online was simple and I got an appointment for same day just an hour later than my booking! I was introduced to Heath. He cut my hair of course and did an excellent job but even further than this, he listened, understood what I was trying to handle with my hair and also where I wanted to go with it. - 5/18/22I was charged twice for a service I received on 10/21/2021. I didn't realize this until I received my credit card statements for December due date. I called the local store and they told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. With holidays and covid diagnosis for both myself and my husband my request to the credit card company was submitted in January and denied on 2/9/2022 because it was more than 60 days after the error appeared on my statement. I called the local store where the service was rendered and talked with the manager she provided me with her regional directors name and email address. Stated that she had filled him in and if I send him all of the documentation he would reimburse me. I sent an email with supporting documentation on 3/9 & 3/30. He still has not responded. I've called to talk with the store manager (which is very difficult to connect with) and she stated she will reach out to him. Still nothing... I'm out $200 and no one is willing to fix this. No communication, no returned phone calls, no response to email communication. With prices rising all over the place I don't have to tell you that this $200 would be better used back in my wallet. If ANYONE who can do something is reading this PLEASE provide me with some assistance in getting this resolved! At this point I've more than exhausted my attempts to solve this through the proper channels and will begin posting this on line where ever I can. Social media, Yelp, Google

- 1/10/22A couple of weeks ago Sam cut my hair at the Largo Mall location. He usually does a good job, but not this time. He was more interested in a lady who walked in and speaking with 2 other stylists rather than paying attention to cutting my hair. He didn't listen to me and totally butchered me. - 6/18/21I had initially come in to just take a few inches of my hair and get long layers. But what I got was a uneven bob haircut that I never asked for. To say I was upset would be an understatement. I had requested that my hair to be cut no shorter than shoulder length because I didn’t want my hair too short. Unfortunately Madison didn’t listen to my request, so what I got was a hack job. I’ve parts of my hair that short and long and so uneven. Now I’ve to wait for my hair to grow out so I can finally get it the way I had wanted it in the first place. After this awful experience, I will not be returning to this salon and I wouldn’t recommend at all!
- 6/9/21I had a scheduled appointment and had to approach an employee forty minutes after my appointment time, as I scheduled the appointment around my clients. I was informed that I needed to reschedule my scheduled appointment, which I was unable to do as our family will be away for vacation and this was my only opportunity. While it is understandable that stylists can fall behind, it’s unacceptable to leave a customer waiting forty minutes past their appointment time, without any employee informing them of the issue. Additionally, I made the appointment, as I’m aware salons do get busy and have walk-ins. I work full-time and I have children. I would recommend that the stylists become more mindful of the fact that some customers are employed and have other obligations. If a business is unable to keep appointments, it should not be an option to make one.
- 6/1/21Awesome customer service. Heath did an excellent job with my hair. I showed him a pic and explained what I was wanting done and he took the time to listen and consulted me on the whole procedure that he would be doing. Heath is awesome!! I Looooooove my new hair color and style!!
