I have tried 3 times to write a review and it doesn't show..I went there last Wednesday for a blowout, the lady did a terrible job,seriously and then used the flat iron trying to fix it and wanted to charge me 54 dollars! I said no and she said ok, 38 that is still a lot , I wasn't happy..not going bcak

I tried writing the review before,but didn't get posted...the lady did a terrible job blowdrying my hair, then she used the flat iron to try to fix it and then she wanted to charge me 54 dolars!! ,I told her that was too much and she then said 38 which it's still too much for what she did...definitely not going back

I book a blow-dry that online said from 25 depending on the stylist. She did a terrible job and said,I'm going to use the flat iron,and I thought ok,it will look better,because I could have done this at home, when I went to pay she said 54 dollars,I'm like what??? That's too much,I looked online,and she said,it's because I had to use the flat iron,well if you have done a good job you wouldn't need to use the flat iron( I didn't say this but I should have) she did something in the computer,and said, 38,which it's still too much for the service..I paid her,even tip her,so it cost med 45 dolars...im not going back.

I had my hair done on Saturday the 5th. I pre booked on line and picked a package for $140. I knew they were going to charge me a little more due to my hair being longer but what I didn't except was $100 more. I was in a time crunch and had to get my hair done due to go to a wedding so I did it. There was another lady in there that was in the same boat where they were overcharging her. My hair came out beautiful but $100 more than quoted price is not good. I won't be returning; I can find another salon that won't upcharge so much.

I had a highlight/color service with Michelle. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. They are very welcoming. I painted a specific detail of how I wanted my hair, and although it came out beautifully, Michelle had said to me the colors didn’t pop as bright as she wanted them, and immediately offered for me to come back and correct it. I can’t tell you how rare this is and how much I appreciate a stylist saying “Hey, I know this isn’t exactly what you wanted so we can fix it!” instead of trying to pass it off (it did still look gorgeous) and move onto the next client. Michelle really listened to me and ensured we would be able to get to the style I wanted- super awesome.

First of all, let me say that Erica-Joy is a hair wizard! I do not know how she does what she does, but I’ve never had more compliments in my life. I have been going to Hair Cuttery in Lithia on Fishhawk Boulevard since 2017, and I never want to go anywhere else. The products are great, the customer service is fantastic, and I get so many compliments on my hair appearing thicker, more dimensional, and shinier than I ever have in my life. My own mother said my hair has never looked better! Oh, and their prices are reasonable, not cheap, but definitely not what you would spend at the higher end salons where I never got that dimensional blonde that I wanted.

Due to my former business, I’ve traveled to many states and countries around the world. I’ve been to the finest salons. From Hollywood to Paris to Rome. Never would I expect to get the best haircut consistently time and time again in Lithia, Florida. Zeke, you are truly the most talented stylist I’ve ever met. Heather did an amazing job on all 3 of my kids haircuts (2 of which are picky teen boys). My daughter got a medium bob which took a lot of length off and it looks so good! We can’t wait to come back and will be requesting Heather again!

I always am a last minute customer with my daughters. We still get great service. I can be fussy about my color but I'm always happy with what I leave with. I recommend them all the time.

I took 3 of my boys in on Saturday for a haircut. The same lady did each of them. I thought she did a decent job besides cutting their hair extremely fast. When I got home however and combed through their hair realized how bad it was, on all of them!This was the day before Christmas eve so we weren't able to go back up there. I'm very disappointed with their hair. I hope they make it right. Be careful who cuts your hair there.

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
