The hair style not as I planned it, and I think I was over charged $40.00 when the haircut was supposed to be $24 plus 20% tip I don’t think I’ll be coming back

Worst haircut ever. Had really bad dead-ends and said to just cut them off and do what was necessary to healthier ends. Every layer is uneven with the other side of my hair. The length is longer on one side of my hair than the other. I went in with 2 layers, asked for a trim, came out with probably 10 layers. My hair looks like someone just got real chop-happy. Have worn my hair in a ponytail every day since I left the salon because just looking at it down is unbearable. The layers are so bad that in a high-pony, my hair is extremely thick in some party and super thin in others. Never returning here. My hair is usually thick and luscious. I just moved here, but will definitely wait next time I am home to have someone I trust cut my hair.

Good customer service. Horrible barbers. Barbers can’t even get the back of my hair straight and cut the top of my hair on my ear leaving me with a semicircle of no hair. I could do a better job. Sad.

Worst experience at a Hair Cuttery ever. One of the 2 hair stylists (an Argentinian) spent less than 10 minutes on my 12 yo daughter’s hair. He had the audacity to charge $48. It wasn’t even a haircut. It was just a wash and blow dry. He first said it was $64 and when I asked why he said because he had to spend time styling it I said OK she does not need a haircut so he said it was $48. I still thought it was outrageous knowing that generally haircuts are $30 especially for children. $64 in 10 minutes is insane! I wanted it straight on top and curled in the ends. Her hairstyle only lasted a couple of hours. He took two minutes to wash it and eight minutes to blow dry it with a blow dryer, not even a flat iron or curler. NEVER AGAIN! Terrible customer service as well. 0 stars!

Worst hair cut I ever had.. I had to have my daughter shave my head afterwards

Horrible service. Even to make an appointment. Called multiple times and got hanged up on. Not until I started to talk in Spanish did they decide to even listen to me. In the end couldn't make an appointment and didn't treat me with respect.

Worst experience ever. Walter spent 10 min to do my hair cut. I was barely able to say anything as he decided it was done. Horrible customer service, the master hair stylist was also having such an attitude..Never again

Worst service I’ve ever had . Hair cuttery is my main salon and I was very disappointed . Stylist odlays burnt me , constantly poked and scratched me with her long acrylic , poking my scalp with clips . Wet me up constantly with the sink . Gave attitude . Did not give required style

Kevin gave the best shampoo of my life. Jon, the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I was over charged for the blow dry. Not happy about it!

I gave one star because the system doesn't let me give no stars. I have been cutting my own hair since February and finally went to let a professional clean up the mess I made of it. I could not believe she actually made it worse than it was. I didn't think that was possible. It's hair, so it'll grow. But what a tremendous disappointment.

Got charge $35 for a classic blowout and I have short, straight hair. Their website says $20?!?!

I had hubert as my stylist. He was the absolute worst. Even after explaining over ten times how I wanted to cut my hair, he managed to completely mess it up. I wasted an entire year growing out my hair, for him to ruin it, completely. Do not ask for hubert.

First, I was at this shop around 10-15 times over the past year, please check your records. most of the time it is a complete different experience, as most of the staff have a unique approach to their jobs. There is only 1-2 people I repeatedly was happy with. BUT TODAY I made an experience I never want to have in my whole life again. After waiting for 45 minutes (which was not a problem) finally my hair cutter greeted me with some mumbling words, pointing at one of the chairs. He was not even bringing me there, just pointing as if I’d already know what to do... I never ever in my life judge people by their appearances, but my hair cutter wearing a baseball cap over his greasy hair gave me a bit of a weird feeling - I have never seen somebody working in a hair studio looking like that, maybe for a reason. The person never talked to me in an entire sentence and not even tried - i speak English, Spanish and other languages.
Finally, after ca. 10 mins of shaving and cutting all of the sudden the question “is fine?” referring to my cut, the length of my hair or my health condition. I asked him if he means the length and as he replied “yes” without showing me the actual hair piece he talked about, I had to grab my hair at different spots to check if it was actually ok to go on the street like this. It wasn’t. I’m not a pro hair cutter but I have been getting a hair cut multiple times in my life. Often my front hair gets combed down my forehead and from the a straight or whatever line is cut so the hair in the front looks fine. As I asked for the comb to use it in my hair and put it the way down I clearly saw that the tips where not aligned. When asking him if he doesn’t want to cut that part, mumbling “yes I can cut”. No thinning scissor where applied and after a horrible 20 minutes I had to leave the place as I was fuming. Just before Christmas I get my hair cut by somebody not looking like a hair cutter, not acting like a hair cutter and not hair cutting like a hair cutter - what a nightmare. I arrived at home to my wife telling me my back line was not straight - the guy didn’t even show me my back in the mirror, maybe I should have asked him to do so....

Anyways, I am leaving my correct details so you can verify that this is not a spam review. Multiple colleagues of him realized there was something wrong.
