It’s hard for me to explain the way she gave haircut to my son!!!I booked the appointment on line for kids haircut! Here is my question, if you can not tolerate the kids why are you accepting kids haircut on booking list! - 2/2/23I came in for a haircut because the “no wait” sign was on the door and the woman at the desk wearing glasses was very rude. She acted like looking for the name of the stylist was too much work and so I just walked out. We used to come here all the time. - 10/3/22The people at this location are RUDE. My boyfriend went in to get a haircut. He has matted dreads and was hoping the stylist he went to would be able to help him or give him advice at least about what he could do. The lady (I didn’t catch her name but she had shorter blonde hair and we were there on 10/3 around 2:15) literally just yelled at him saying “I’m not doing that. I’m not gonna sit here all day detangling this.” She made a scene in front of everyone who was in the salon. My boyfriend kept telling her that was okay and he understood but she wouldn’t stop yelling saying she wouldn’t do it or touch his hair. He even asked what he could do when he got home with his hair and she just said “I don’t know.” I was in shock sitting there listening to her make a scene when she could have very nicely said she wasn’t able to work on his hair, especially after he said that he understood the first time. I thought these stylists were supposed to be professional but she was not professional at all. Me and my boyfriend are still in shock at how rude she was. In total disbelief at the level of audacity she has to talk like that when it’s her place of work where she should be treating everyone with respect. Especially when my boyfriend was nothing but nice about it. I usually never leave reviews but this was unacceptable and my boyfriend should not have left the hair salon feeling ashamed because of the way he was treated by someone who works there. - 6/27/22I’ve known Raphael for over 20 years as a hair stylist, starting out when she worked in Ocoee🙌🏻. This should tell anyone how much I trust her to cut my hair . I’ve changed hair stylist because of my of my jobs but praise God I can always count on her to know what she is doing with my hair in regards to cut or color 🙌🏻 . - 3/28/22Follow up, working with details, basic symmetry and communication are sub-par. The only thing that was worse is the lack of follow up by both the district and regional managers. It shouldn't take over a week and multiple calls from me to call and attempt to show customers they are valued and talk to them about their bad experience. If you tell someone- one day to call back you should call them. Overall, I do not recommend this company as a whole at all!
- 3/18/22I had an appointment and got placed with Kevin. Lovely attitude, however I wasn’t too happy with the cut once I got to see it. I left the salon with wet hair so it was hard to see however it looks very choppy and doesn’t blend well. I asked for a simple trim and to refresh my long layers. My hair falls a little more than half of the length of my torso, yet half of my hair in the front is near shoulder length. It looks as though I went to get face framing and too much hair was cut. He used a technique I was not used to, so maybe that’s what made it look screwed up, but I am not happy with the cut. The layers are way too short. I am now going to have to wait for the layers to grow out over a few months or cut it all short. - 1/9/22I wasn't thrilled with the way my hair was cut. I wanted it to be at an angle. Well it's straight cut all around. - 12/14/21Very upset and frustrated at my so called stylist Veronica. I asked for a slight undercut of about 1/8-1/4 inch, but not too much as I need to be able to put my hair up in a ponytail for work. She took off 1 1/2inches and when I put my hair up, the back falls out because she took way too much off. 1/4 inch is a lot different than 1 1/2 inches and I repeated it several times. She then asked if I was unhappy. Seriously!!! Go figure.
