- 3/13/23Tried to charge me an extra long hair charge for my daughters hair cut. Her hair is to her shoulders, not to the middle of her back, not even her shoulder blades. I mean $39 for a cut and blow dry that took 20 minutes is crazy but to try and charge me $8 more because her hair touches her shoulders. I do not think so. We had been loyal customers but no more. - 2/11/23Disappointing, but not the end of the world… Had a 9:30a appointment, got there @ 9:15a (my decision), but at 9:40a, I got the message that the stylist wouldn’t be in until 10:00. - 10/8/22I can’t even begin to express how I feel. I am so depressed right now I want to just cry. I have to say the positivity is the people are friendly. My appointment was 3:30. An older woman did my perm. What I wanted is not how it turned out. I have not washed it. Have not brushed it. I wanted ringlet curls. I was sent home with my hair wet and within the 20 minutes it took me to get home my hair naturally dried into a frizzy mess. There are no curls like it was when I left. Last time I had a perm done years ago I was placed under a big hair dryer before the curlers were removed. I have a cruise coming up in the next week and my hair looks like I stuck my finger in a light socket. I am beyond tears and don’t know what to do. This is beyond despair. I hope that you guys can fix this problem so it does not happen again to someone else. - 9/18/22Horrible. The lady did not cut the way I wanted and cut it too short. Even after I told her to stop cutting it so short, she continued. Never will I ever go back to these rejects! - 9/12/22Went here before. She did a great cut and blow out on my hair. The issues I had was with the young girl who exploited my feelings while talking to my friend I guess trying to make her feel good for a better tip at my emotional expense by asking her if I was her mother. I'm in my early thirties and the same age as her. Also tonight I try and set up an appointment for later in the week, site shows they close at 9 and calling at 8:20 and she keeps picking up and hanging up the phone. - 7/20/22Hair Cuttery use to be a great place to get a cut. It was relaxed and never rushed. The cost made it a great value. But in the last 2 years the cost has gone up from $18 to $26 and they are on a tight schedule that limits a cut and shampoo to 30 mins. I smell corporate meddling....It's a shame. I don't mind the price increase as much as the time decrease. I had a walk in who told me to do whatever I wanted(she actually knew what she wanted-I guess she thought I should read her mind) She did not like what I did but said nothing to me. She called the salon to redo it with the manager. I called to check on her because I do that and she didn't answer so I left amessage with my email-she wrote to me and we discussed back and forth the service. I wanted to make it right and she did not drive. I offer to either come get her on my time or come to her. The salon leader fired me without notice saying I harassed her. I did no such thing. I would never work for this salon or company again. They lost a great stylist. I found it very uncomfortable working there. The stylists would remove the dryer from your client and try to tell you what to do. I have been doing hair over 40 years and know exactly what I am doing. Even the customers I had were appalled. I am so glad I don't work there any more.

- 10/17/21I called in just now, simply asking of the services offered and the woman who answered was very rude and demeaning.
I am now going to find somewhere else to go, but just a tip for this business- you should really value the importance of how you talk and treat any prospective clients. First impressions are everything and you lost a client just by a first time call because the receptionist was so rude. Do better.
