- 5/17/22I had an appointment for a cut & color. Maria was my cosmetologist & she was absolutely amazing!!! She did a beautiful job, was very friendly & professional, & made my visit relaxing & enjoyable! The shop was very clean & all staff was friendly! I was charged $221.00 for that service.
I feel like I was robbed. I was charged above and beyond what your website lists for prices! Needless to say I will not be returning and will let my friends and acquaintances be aware of my experience.

I told her exactly what I wanted. She was interrupting me. Told me she was horse because she talked too much...and did. After telling her I did not want my hair washed but was welcome to use spray bottle. Next thing she says I need you to move to the shampoo bowl. Told her again didn't want shampoo. Then she began chopping and chopping my hair. I was in and out of the chair 3 times telling her the cut was not even. Needless to say I ended up with one side of my hair 3 inches longer than the other. I went back after I went to my car to ask to get it fixed. She said she had a client and I would have to come back on another day. WORSE hair cut I have had in my 65 yrs. - 3/13/22My husband and 2 year old son had appointments for haircuts with Karina. They have been going there for almost 2 years and have pretty much seen everyone in there and never had any problems. She must have been newer since I haven’t seen her before! She messed up on my sons hair and then literally shaved is head almost bald! My husbands hair was also a mess. She was very unprofessional dying her own hair and complaining about the other stylists in the salon and getting mad customers were coming in. Then to make it worse I seen her posting on Facebook complaining about customers. One of her post literally saying “parents should cut their own kids hair. There I said it!” Don’t understand how you have someone doing hair that says stuff like this! She needs to get a new career. I’m so upset about my sons hair. The picture I showed her and what she did aren’t even close. I felt like she didn’t want to cut my hair the way I’ve had it cut for years. We arrived at 6:15pm and the website states they close at 8pm. There were two employees with 1 person each in their chair and no one else waiting. One woman told us that they could not do it because we do not have an appointment when there are signs that clearly say walk ins welcome all over the windows and parking lot. - 2/5/22I came in to get my hair washed, blow dried, trimmed and silk press. My hair did last me a good few days but my hair was uneven and I wasn’t happy with my look. I felt that at the expense I paid for, that the woman could really help me out but according to her I had that much dead ends to my hair that had to be cut really really short beyond my liking. It was my birthday and my experience with her as a stylist was pleasant but the services provided was not what I expected nor did I like my hair overall. I just wasn’t happy with my hair or the outcome especially since I wanted to get a length check. It was embarrassing but I had to pay because of the services done. - 8/25/21I went a couple of weeks ago to get a perm, never again. The lady who did my hair Abby,I don't think she knew what she was doing she kept asking the lady working next to us of how the permed needed to be done. Well she had all the rods in my hair which took about a half an hour to be done then decided the rods were to big. So she finally put the right rods in then added the perm solution, she had the timer set for 10 minutes to let her know when it was time to rinse out the solution, the timer when off she was no where to be found for a good 5 minutes and when I finally seen her she completely ignored the fact it was telling rinse it out. She went and was waiting on the customer at the front desk. So she finally got back to me and said was going to do the treatment, this is already three and half hours later. Well she finally did the treatment and washed out the perm solution the trimmed my hair. So I get home and really get to looking at my hair and she burnt it. She burnt my baby hairs off and my hair looks like its fried. She is a very sweet person but definitely don't know what she's doing. So if you ever decide to get a perm from her becareful. - 4/30/21Horrible! Had an appointment and waited nearly an hour!
- 4/26/21All 3 employees were new to me. 1 was doing something w/the $ in a register, 1 was on the phone, &1was sitting in the back room looking at all of us. No one made eye contact or acknowledged me. 1 other customer left bc she said they wouldn’t speak to her. Finally the 1on the phone asked me if I had an appointment which I did, then proceeded to tell me she deleted me bc I was late. I questioned her about the poor customer service but she had an excuse for all 3 of them. When she told me that they wouldn’t cut my hair unless I wore a mask I left. I had my mask in my purse but her attitude just said she didn’t want to work!
- 4/5/21Very bad customer service!!! Appointment set up for 1:00 and didn't have service until 1:30!!! She had stared someone else the same time I was suppose to get my haircut! She said it would only take 10 minutes but it took a half hour!! This the second time this has happened and my last!!! Will never go there again!!1
