My 12-year-old son had an appointment at 12:45. He arrived early checked in and said he had an appointment. He messaged me at 1:20 and said the person he supposed to be with is with somebody else. I drove to the salon he still was not back there getting his haircut and apparently the girl was going to cut his hair was at the counter and was extremely flippant and was like I didn’t know that he was here. Not a single employee handled the situation nor did they apologize for the fact that he sat there and waited all that time and nobody took him back for his appointment. This is not the first time he has gone there by himself for an appointment. He actually does this frequently. There is no excuse for them treating him any less than an adult paying customer. He had checked in and they just let him sit there waiting. And again not a single apology from anyone. And the hairdresser was very very rude about it. You could tell she did not care. The hairdresser was Mickey. I’m more disappointed in the fact that not a single person came to the counter to assist us to resolve the matter that he had been sitting there for 40 minutes past his appointment time with no explanation from any of the stylistsResponse from HairCuttery • 10/17/22Hi Evonne W, thank you for your feedback. Hair Cuttery is usually my first choice as I do not get complicated hair cuts and I have NEVER gotten such an awful haircut in my life. I have a lob and wanted a little over an inch off done and tell me why the entire left side is LONGER than the right?!
I was charged for a haircut with wash and shampoo even though I received neither. There is not one part of my hair that is even! It was cut by a gentleman with very long grey hair. Of course this is done right before I travel so my boyfriend took a video of the mess the stylist made to show as proof in store only to be met by the RUDEST older woman with red hair. The woman had a face as if you're SOL and told him to come back later if he wanted to argue with a manager. She did a balayage, cut and blowdry on my hair - came out amazing! She was so friendly and informative, will definitely be returning again and again to see her :)

My husband has his cut by Eddie as well. He gives the best mens cut in Orlando. The whole staff at this location are great.
