Horrible says walk-ins available on their website, walked in w my two kids only one getting a cut who is super easy and 10 minutes tops. Only one stylist cutting at the time two others on their phone and one person sitting. The overheard 4th stylists say I’m not in the mood for a kid the two others raise their eyebrows and she said sorry 2 hour wait right now. No you people just don’t like to work!!

I needed a last minute haircut I.e. walk in and met Marcel at the front desk and was very polite and welcoming to my request. After booking an appointment for thirty minutes later I was called to let me know he was available sooner! Perfect! Marcel was was very pleasant to communicate with and listened very well to my request on my style of haircut and my experience was very peaceful calm and enjoyable!and was happy with my haircut! My mother was a very successful salon owner and hairdresser so I know what a good experience and hairdresser should be, thank you Marcel and the hair Cuttery of Bayside lakes ! Second week in a row this salon has not been able to keep my scheduled appointment! What is the purpose of making appointments if they then want you to come in 30 mins to an 1 1/2 later than the time you booked? This salon used to be very good and but is now a complete a disaster

I went into this salon and asked for 1 inch to be taken off of my bob hair cut. 4 inches and a pixie cut later, I left in tears. They offered me free shampoo and a free hair cut. I have dealt with very rude upper management. My hair looks terrible, I had to go back twice because the first time was so bad. I will never go to a hair Cuttery again. Please be warned. If you want a salon that doesn't listen to you, doesn't do the work that you asked for, and the hairdresser, Mauricio doesn't apologize for his unprofessionalism If this sounds like what you want, then this is definitely the salon for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.
Hair Cuttery has partnered with Barbicide® for the products used to properly clean and sanitize our salons. Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. When used properly, Barbicide® is EPA registered to kill surface germs, fungi and viruses, including Hepatitis B, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the common cold and the human coronavirus.

To Book on line:
1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
