- 7/28/22Walked in for a Men’s haircut. After a almost ten year relationship with my hairdresser it was time to find a new person to cut my hair. Nothing bad at all. She has just grown her family and has little time to do hair. Also having a house full of young people that go all over town and my wife’s and my battle with cancer we cannot be exposed to colds and such. This was her idea, very responsible and I will truly miss her very much. Samantha Olsen had taken the reins and is our new stylist. You did a fantastic job today Samantha! - 6/14/21I came in there with hair down to my bra strap. I asked for a trim and said I didn’t want to lose my length or cut it all one length. I simply wanted an inch cut off all around. Megan cut and cut and cut and now my hair barely touches my shoulders. I so want to cry and scream. I keep telling myself it grows back but still now I can’t even pull it up in a decent pony tail.

- 3/3/20I’ve been cutting my hair with Jannel for a while now, and she’s been doing a good job, today I took my mom to get a hair cut, and I told Jannel 2 times not to blow dry her hair, but she went ahead and blew dried her hair and charged me the extra $10. My mom is a senior citizens, 88 years old, she didn’t get any style, just a haircut, still Jannel changed us $32 for her haircut, my mom didn’t even got her hair washed.
I called Jannel after speaking with my wife, cause she said that was not right, also, there were other girls there that could have cut my moms hair for half the price, Jannel should have told me that now she was a stylists, and would charge more.
Jannel got a little snotty with me on the phone, arguing with me and saying that I told here to blow dry my moms hair, but my mom is my witness, that the second thing I told Jannel was not to blow dry here hair.
So I am very disappointed with the service, I will never cut my hair there again, and I want a refund for $10 for over charging me. - 2/3/20Absolutely terrible! Went in to get my sons first hair cut, and let me just say I cried when I left that’s how bad it was. Savanah completely butchered my baby’s hair, a ONE year old who basically sat still the whole time. She has no clue what she was doing and has no business doing anyone’s hair. I even mentioned a couple times “ That’s too much” “can you trim here and not there” but she proceeded to tell me she knew what she was doing. I took him straight to a barber shop when we left and they thankfully fixed for free in less then 2 minutes. On top of that horrible experience when I talked to someone about it she was completely rude and didn’t care. Definitely wasn’t the “first hair cut” experience I was hoping for!
- 8/7/19Really really pissed off when I left.I didn't get what i asked for. All I wanted was a simple highlight and haircut. Can't even see any blond at all, She cut way too much hair off. It will take MONTHS for my hair to grow back. Then wanted to charge me OVER 100, dollars for this service. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. and I WILL be telling ALL MY friends NOT to go there. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!

Thank you Paula xxoo - 5/26/18My daughter and I both went in and when we checked in we said we wanted a "shampoo & cut" and the lady asked if we wanted our hair blow dried and I said no. My daughter was getting her hair cut by a different stylist a few chairs down from me and I was getting mine cut by the stylist that checked us in. I looked over and my daughter was getting her hair blow dried! The lady cutting her hair didn't even ask me if I wanted it blow dried, she just took it upon herself to do it. My daughter is six years old. She charged me for blow drying my daughter's hair. My daughter's was $20 and mine was $18. Herm haircut was literally more than mine and I'm annoyed because she charged me for something I didn't even ask for. I'm not sure how their system works but I assume when we checked in she had to have put down that all we wanted was a shampoo & cut.
