- 3/25/23I booked an appointment 2 times for full highlights and a cut. The first time they told me that it was incorrectly booked for a hair cut only. I rescheduled for the following Sat. When I arrived for the 2nd appt, I was told that it was down for just a hair cut. I asked to speak to the manager and she was not helpful at all. She didn't seem to care at all. I told her that I would have to go somewhere else since both my weekend appts with them were a waste of my time.
She just told me to "have a nice day"

- 10/13/22Went to this hair Cuttery five days ago went back yesterday 10/12 for the cut and style I actually wanted in the first place showed olfive photos talk to the girl and She was condescending to me and I still walked out nothing like the style that I requested, it wasn’t a hard style as a retired stylist and even worked for a Hair Cuttery would of known how to cut this style. They do what they want not what you want non-caring stylist. Im mortified that I woke up and my hair is just a mess and stead of feeling like 1 million bucks I feel like wearing a disguise with chopped up hair. - 8/10/22So I booked an appointment with Cassidy online for highlights and a cut the online price was $140 really couldn’t see how she was doing the highlights because she had my head turned the opposite way most of the time. When I got to the register to pay it was $165 they charge $25 for toning which they don’t let you know until you check out. It’s not one week after my highlights and I already have roots. I hesitated I’m writing this review because a few hairstylist in the salon were talking about customer reviews while I was there complaining about different customers I thought that was very inappropriate and I believe one of the workers Amanda Is a Manager? - 4/11/22I scheduled an appointment online for today because I tried to "walk-in" yesterday and was told only online appointments. Show up today for scheduled online appointment and they aren't open. There were other customers on the sidewalk outside also waiting for their appointments. No one answers the phone either. Waste of time.
- 2/12/22I will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone. Spoke w Cassidy at noon she scheduled my son for a 645 haircut. Walked in and the lady in the back said I hope they aren't on my schedule. So the younger girls walks in front and said oh yea om sorry we don't have time for a cut. It was a mistake. One person In the salon and you don't have time to do a kids cut. None the less made me wait all day when I could have went somewhere else for he haircut. No compassion from either absolutely the worst customer service. - 1/27/22I had a scheduled appointment for 9AM Tuesday and the stylist did not show up. The one stylist who did show sent a group email out to all the stylist do in and only 1 responded. No call in or explanation by the stylist (just no show). Even the management at this location did not call in. Really!! So disappointing and unprofessional. - 11/21/21AS SOON AS I WALKED IN I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED BY THE LADIES WORKING. THEY ALL HAD PEOPLE IN THEIR CHAIRS BUT THEY ALL MADE A POINT TO SAY HI & LET ME KNOW IT WOULDN'T BE MUCH LONGER UNTIL I COULD BE TAKEN BACK FOR MY APPOINTMENT. I HAD ERICA AND SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS SINCE I'VE HAD MY HAIR PROFESSIONALLY DONE SINCE COVID AND HER CONSULTATION WAS VERY THOROUGH, SHE ASKED ME QUESTIONS I'VE NEVER BEEN ASKED BEFORE TO BETTER UNDERSTAND WHAT IT WAS I WANTED AND HOW IT WOULD FIT WITHIN MY LIFESTYLE SINCE I SWIM 6 DAYS A WEEK. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH MY CUT AND STYLE THAT I REBOOKED MY NEXT APPOINTMENT BEFORE I LEFT AND NEXT TIME I WILL BE COLORING MY HAIR AS WELL! I WILL CONTINUE TO COME BACK!
