Went to this hair Cuttery five days ago went back yesterday 10/12 for the cut and style I actually wanted in the first place showed olfive photos talk to the girl and She was condescending to me and I still walked out nothing like the style that I requested, it wasn’t a hard style as a retired stylist and even worked for a Hair Cuttery would of known how to cut this style. They do what they want not what you want non-caring stylist. Im mortified that I woke up and my hair is just a mess and stead of feeling like 1 million bucks I feel like wearing a disguise with chopped up hair. Almost $40 later including tip I’m angry.

So I booked an appointment with Cassidy online for highlights and a cut the online price was $140 really couldn’t see how she was doing the highlights because she had my head turned the opposite way most of the time. When I got to the register to pay it was $165 they charge $25 for toning which they don’t let you know until you check out. It’s not one week after my highlights and I already have roots. I hesitated I’m writing this review because a few hairstylist in the salon were talking about customer reviews while I was there complaining about different customers I thought that was very inappropriate and I believe one of the workers Amanda Is a Manager? Would not recommend nor will I go back

Cassidy was amazing! Came in for a full foil bleach, definitely going back and telling all my blonde friends about her. If you are looking to go blonde or get highlights I highly recommend!!! Easily best salon experience in my life.

I scheduled an appointment online for today because I tried to "walk-in" yesterday and was told only online appointments. Show up today for scheduled online appointment and they aren't open. There were other customers on the sidewalk outside also waiting for their appointments. No one answers the phone either. Waste of time.

I will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone. Spoke w Cassidy at noon she scheduled my son for a 645 haircut. Walked in and the lady in the back said I hope they aren't on my schedule. So the younger girls walks in front and said oh yea om sorry we don't have time for a cut. It was a mistake. One person In the salon and you don't have time to do a kids cut. None the less made me wait all day when I could have went somewhere else for he haircut. No compassion from either absolutely the worst customer service. I'd Rate no stats but it won't let me

I had a scheduled appointment for 9AM Tuesday and the stylist did not show up. The one stylist who did show sent a group email out to all the stylist do in and only 1 responded. No call in or explanation by the stylist (just no show). Even the management at this location did not call in. Really!! So disappointing and unprofessional. Beware when you make an appointment here-may be a waste of your time and gas.

Always clean stylist are always cleaning, wiping down area's and washing hands. Amanda is my stylist this last hair appointment she made my hair look perfect. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

AS SOON AS I WALKED IN I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED BY THE LADIES WORKING. THEY ALL HAD PEOPLE IN THEIR CHAIRS BUT THEY ALL MADE A POINT TO SAY HI & LET ME KNOW IT WOULDN'T BE MUCH LONGER UNTIL I COULD BE TAKEN BACK FOR MY APPOINTMENT. I HAD ERICA AND SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS SINCE I'VE HAD MY HAIR PROFESSIONALLY DONE SINCE COVID AND HER CONSULTATION WAS VERY THOROUGH, SHE ASKED ME QUESTIONS I'VE NEVER BEEN ASKED BEFORE TO BETTER UNDERSTAND WHAT IT WAS I WANTED AND HOW IT WOULD FIT WITHIN MY LIFESTYLE SINCE I SWIM 6 DAYS A WEEK. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH MY CUT AND STYLE THAT I REBOOKED MY NEXT APPOINTMENT BEFORE I LEFT AND NEXT TIME I WILL BE COLORING MY HAIR AS WELL! I WILL CONTINUE TO COME BACK!

I made an appointment on line. Went to the salon on time, and waited for 15 minutes for my appointment. Not one of the 4 employees working there acknowledged my presence or asked for my name. After all but one employee had gone into the back room, i realized no one was going to help me and left to go to another salon. Will not return to Westport Square salon.

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.
Hair Cuttery has partnered with Barbicide® for the products used to properly clean and sanitize our salons. Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. When used properly, Barbicide® is EPA registered to kill surface germs, fungi and viruses, including Hepatitis B, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the common cold and the human coronavirus.

To Book on line:
1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
