Granted I understand it can be difficult to cut a toddlers hair. And honestly I wasn't going to complain but after thinking everything over, I'm a little upset. The haircut alone was terrible and I had to go this morning to another location to get it fixed, I can email a photo to show you. But not only that, I was disappointed in the way the hairdresser was speaking to my child. She kept repeating "you have to sit still!!" He's two years old. I was sitting right there trying to keep him from moving, let me be the person to tell him to sit still. She kept spraying him with water even after he was crying "please stop!" She even went as far as saying "only good boys get lollipops!" As if my child was not a "good boy" because he was unable to sit perfectly still after hair and water was sprayed in his face. I had showed two photos to the lady for reference. And the result was as if he had been playing with scissors. I know it is sometimes challenging to cut a 2 year olds hair, and I also know it will never come out exactly like a photo. But the fact that it was 530 on a Sunday, I can't help but point out the woman had literally no patience. She should not have taken my son if she was going to react that way.
