    New in the area and I took my son in for a quick haircut since it is advertised it is family friendly. He got the absolute worst haircut, I asked for a simple short on the sides some off the top you would think any trained professional will be able to handle it. Nope. So visibly uneven and extremely choppy. I wish I could upload pictures do not take your kids here awful

    Bad experience well actually no experience. Booked a 930 am appt today online get to the location and they were closed with another person waiting for 30 mins so I left. Won’t be back

    I’ve been seeing Sarah B for about 4 years now. Sarah is the kindest person. She listens to you and is honest with you about if your hair will actually what you’re dreaming of. I brought my eldest daughter there a few months ago who is the pickiest person I know and she loved what Sarah did. Sarah also cuts both my sons hair. One is older and in the Army so he needs it high and tight and my youngest has longer curly hair.

    Jane 1st recut my hair after Laurie from your dunlawton shop cut my hair horrible. So I returned, Jane over cut my hair because she was in a bad mood with the girl next to her talking to her clients non stop, answering the telephone, etc.
    I decided to try going to Jeanne!!!
    Jeanne was worse than Jane; rushed my haircut and then stated "if you don't like it then come back and we'll chop it off"!!!
    My hair is a mess!!! Uneven!!! Looks unhealthy!!! Etc.
    I feel this was extremely unprofessional.
    I haven't returned to your shop since the 1st week of June.

    I can't say I'm impressed with them. I show a picture of what I want. It is so chopped up, and no side burns. It's the worst hair I have had in a long time. I don't remember ever having a bad hair cut. She cut my hair many times, but this takes the cake. No more!

    I wa slotted with the new stylist and she butchered my hair. She didn’t do anything even close to what I asked for or showed her pictures for. I asked for a medium length layered haircut that goes below my collar bone and I got something that’s chopped off at my chin in the front and barely touched my shoulders in the back. I had such long hair and now I can’t even get the front half of my hair in a ponytail! It’s like she tries to cut a bob in the front??? I will never ever go back. I’m not sure if I want to go get it fixed because it’s already several inches shorter than what I asked for in the first place. AND she cut bangs in my hair, that I NEVER asked for and isn’t in the pictures I showed her. It’s just awful. Don’t go here.

    Went back to have BAD cut fixed and now I look like "The Dutch Boy" Had to cut an inch off each side to get rid of the wings that were still there. Going to have to wear a hat for the next month because I can't use hair spray to keep it back. Doesn't deserve even one star
