I booked online for a shampoo blow dry for first availabile stylist for $25. Got a shampoo blow dry and went to pay for it it was $38.00. I asked why and she said “that’s for short hair.” My hair is a couple inches past my shoulder. When I booked it, it didn’t say starting at $25.00.
I feel duped by this bait and switch.
Wasn’t the first (or second, or third)bad experience there. Wont be back to try again.

I stopped in to get my mother in law a hair cut, which the stylist (gentleman with dreads) I believe the manager did an amazing job. Shampoo, cut, blow dry and flat iron. She looked great. When it came to my haircut, I didn’t receive the same service. I was shampooed and BUTCHERED….. he was busy talking answering the phone while there was a female employee doing nothing. My cut was so bad . The left side of my head was 2 3/4 “ longer then the right side. The layers on the back of my head were horrendous. He didn’t blow dry my hair, he didn’t check his work AT ALL. I left there paying $78 in which I want a full refund !!!!! I drove home in shock , blew my hair out and I just cried in disbelief how my hair was BUTCHERED. I called the salon and told him I was coming back for him to fix my hair. NOT ONCE did he check the length difference, complete disregard for my concerns. He put some angles on the left side and NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED for his horrific abilities. I had to pay another salon $87 to fix my hair. Please note my hair was all 1 length past my shoulders now I had 2” layers all through my hair and it’s above my shoulders. It can’t be styled at all and the person who tried to fix my hair said what he did to my hair should be a crime. I will be fighting to get my money back ! I highly suggest the corporate office handle this mess and train their staff. Most people get a hair style to feel better about themselves and I left in tears wishing I never went there.

Very kind, had surgery on my arms and have not been able to wash my own hair. Walked in and johnny was busy but was understanding and took the time to wash and style so i felt human again

Angela Lopez is the best! I had no wait time to get in last minute to have my hair colored (purple) cut and blown dry! She was very professional, courteous and took her time to make she sure my hair was perfect! I’m in love with my hair again thanks to her!

Angela has been my hairdresser for about six years now.I never thought that I would be so lucky to have found her on my first visit to haircuttery.

I recently had a hair cut that was messed up and coming into hair cuttery changed everything. Denise was my hair stylist and really did an amazing job fixing my hair. She cut my hair and got it back to normal, blew dried it beautiful , and i was extremely satisfied. I will defiantly be coming back to see Denise every time!!

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.
Hair Cuttery has partnered with Barbicide® for the products used to properly clean and sanitize our salons. Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. When used properly, Barbicide® is EPA registered to kill surface germs, fungi and viruses, including Hepatitis B, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the common cold and the human coronavirus.

1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
