Really not good at all. I used the app to look up wait times, salon showed 15 minutes so I did the online check-in and arrived within the time I was supposed to. I checked in and was next, only an hour later did my son finally get into a chair. Not because they were busy with clients but because they were taking their sweet time. Some were just chatting with the client, it was obvious they were family or friends while others finished cuts and just started sweeping, disappearing, then deciding it was time to empty the hair vacuum filter, clean the brushes, and anything else but call next. I mean really, at 3-4 pm on a Saturday afternoon when its busy, you should do all possibly to be friendly with clients but still moving things along. For a simple kids cut to wait 1hr just to get into the chair while using the app is just not convenient at all. And whats more annoying was that no one had any sense of time or that people are waiting, watching, and listening to them while they worked, or made it appear like they were working. It would have been nice just for anyone to acknowledge that people are waiting, some for nearly an hour and maybe just say that they see you, don't worry, we will get to you soon. Instead they just ignore it and pretend they don't see people waiting while they carry on the conversations and pretend to do other stuff that should be done during downtime, not busy time. Really overall just a bad experience, I think haircuttery could do so much better.
