- 3/8/23I needed a half head highlight foil and haircut and didn't think it would be possible to get this done as a walk in. But I was greeted with a smile, and only had to wait a few minutes for Abby to do my hair. Not only did it turn out amazing but her personality and skill set is an asset to your organization. she is friendly, personable, and helped all those that asked her for assistance at the same time as doing my hair. 2 people cutting hair , the guy asked me in a very rude way if I had an appointment I said no he said we don’t have any availability! He didn’t even offer for me to come back or make an appointment!!!

I booked a package "color, partial highlights and cut" with Luke, listed at $119. I am happy with the cut and the color but when checking out I was charged an additional $25 for toner because the color was a bit yellow or brassy and toner needed to be added. I have been having my hair colored for 30 years and have sometimes had a toner added to correct the color, but never have I been charged extra for it. It has always been a part of making a color right at every salon I've been to. I know good color is an art and science but if toner is an extra charge, I think that should be listed. - 2/2/22I called for an appt with katlin or mekka and luke refused to answer any of my questions rushed me off the phone stated was to busy to provide me with answers i havent been there for a while and just needed some info was very un professional very very rude he really upset me this was such a bad experience this hair cuttery just lost a good customer that spends easily at least 100 +dollars each time i go and I tip very well becuz I appreciate my hair dressers too bad that luke didmt show the same common courtesy and appreciation to this customer i just wander how many customers had the same bad experience just for asking questions as if it was our fault that they as he stated r short staffed wow this is the way he represents this establishment if this type of servicehand behaviour is ignored and not attended too i c in the future loss of customers with employees like him I gave it one star but really it is no starsResponse from HairCuttery • 2/7/22Hi Yolanda R, we are very sorry and we understand how your experience must have been frustrating for you. - 10/27/21All the stylists I have had are all nice- my only negative comment is I booked a specific stylist and when I arrived I was told she had the day off. - 9/30/19Since returning home from Florida I have visited my regular hairdresser. The lady who cut my hair in your salon has not cut it correctly. My hairdresser confirmed that my left side of my head is shorter in length than the right side and it has also been thinned out. I am very unhappy
- 9/21/19Don’t appreciate pressurised sales talk. I only wanted a wash and blow dry, not cut. Also was asked if I had layers. I was given short layers. NOT HAPPY.
