- 4/21/23Worst experience ever. The hair dresser took it upon herself to do what she wanted. When I went to get fixed the solution from another hair dresser was slop some toner on and call it a day. - 12/17/22If I could give zero stars I would. I had the worst haircut I've EVER had - EVER!! Joseph is an awful hairdresser, if you can even call him that. My granddaughter could probably give a better haircut... and she's 9 years old! - 8/8/22I gave Cindy a 1 star due to a mishap on the computer. She is a extremely good stylist. She did a very nice job on my hair. She is pleasant to work with. - 8/6/22Had appt with Cindy on 8/4 due to my regular person being out of town for a few months. Only had haircut but I leave a good tip. When Cindy made my new appointment for September it was made with Lisa. She did not have the common decency to tell me. I called back and that was when I was told it was with someone else. - 7/16/22I didn’t speak up for myself enough. I requested a non-traditional cut that required blunt horizontal cut lines. It would result in a choppy effect. I provided a video of the technique but was informed that everyone cuts hair differently. My stylist insisted on cutting at a diagonal, blending the hair and evening everything out at the end. It was like she completely disregarded my request and I didn’t want to offend her so I didn’t push back enough. It will grow back and it’s not a huge deal, but next time I will be more direct as I am the one who has to live with and paid for this boring haircut that I did not want.

- 1/7/22The service provided was good. However, I will no longer be using Hair Cuttery services in the future. On my last visit, the tip percentage was applied to my entire bill, including products. The salon manager and the corporate office both confirmed that it was standard to apply tips to the total bill. I've never experienced this policy with any other salon. - 12/28/21Worse job ever for a wash and blow dry. MY hair was literally fried into a giant fizz ball. The HC salon offered me to get extensions. Really? That was my own hair and not extentions. I'm not paying for extensions its a lot of up keep. Took me years to get that length and it was well kept. Because I turned down extentions HC said, I had a reaction. NO WAY! The smell of whatever the hair dresser used burnt my hair from the horrid stench. When asked if you had talk to the person you said, no the person wasnt in today. Nor did you call back to tell me what was used in my hair. The right thing to do is return my money for wash and blow dry of $50.00. Thats not even including the $12 tip which the hair dresser can keep. I'm getting treatments else where trying to save my locks from being chopped off entirely. - 12/12/21I made an appointment 5 days ago with a Designer 1 for a perm, cut and blowout. I received a call yesterday to change my time. I told them I couldn’t and to cancel. Joe called me back and said he could keep it for 10:30. I arrived this morning to find out he was not doing it but a beginner was scheduled. My hair is baby fine and delicate. I chose Joe because of a referral but he didn’t care I guess. I left. You now lost me as a customer for good. Tired of your changing appointments or not keeping your schedule on time.
