- 11/22/22I have to say I am extremely happy and very satisfied with Arnette and her work! I came in a year ago extremely down because I neglected my hair for so long and it reflected my personality…. Well Arnette knew exactly what color, and style I needed and when she was finished I was so happy that I set standing appointments with her for color and style every 5 weeks! The products she uses are top quality and she is extremely personable, So if you’re in the mood to just get a haircut and not hear any feedback from a professional then choose someone else but if you are open to advice from a long time professional she stands behind her word and proves it with her great work!!! - 9/9/22If you have long curly hair and you get Arnette, Run!! Most people say cutting my hair is easy and it’s healthy because it’s virgin hair. I purchase product from Sephora. Arnette said she was cutting an inch an a half, she took off about 6 inches. So those who know curly hair, I look like a Puff Ball now when it’s dry. There were already long layers in my hair and she evened everything thing out then put the layers in again. NOW WHAT HAIR STYLIST DOES THAT? My hair was around my waist, I left with it just below my shoulders wet because Arnette does not know how to cut long curly hair with layers. I don’t know what Arnette’s problem was, was she jealous of my long hair, is she a hater of woman with long hair, was she mad cause I did not want to buy any of the products she recommend. Arnette talked too much, it was annoying. I didn’t care about the product they sold there because I have been through all of them. Arnette rudely talked over me. How does she expect to know what the customer wants if she’s too busy listening to her own voice and opinions? FOCUS ON WHAT YOU ARE DOING! I was trying to explain to her what I wanted, she was too busy trying to rush through me or sell me products. I should have walked out the many times I wanted to. I thought it was simple, clean up the ends and remove some weight off the crown. Too complicated for Arnette. Plus I think she uses dull scissors because now my ends feel coarse. The dead ends felt better. I could hear the shears chomping not slicing my hair. I knew she butchered me cause I saw the eyes of the other staff. Yes, I got a refund for my complaint. But I still have to live with this horrible cut until it grows out to cut again. Keep cutting little boys hair… FYI to all hair stylist who like to cut off long hair, it’s Really RUDE and IGNORANT to do that to us because when we are ready to cut it off, we would like the option to donate it to help someone who needs it.Response from HairCuttery • 9/14/22Hi Andi C, we’re so sorry we didn’t meet your expectations during your visit. - 6/26/22I was in there in March for a haircut and high and low lights. When I went in there my hair was in excellent condition. In fact the hairdresser thought I had a keratin treatment recently. I had not , I just always use good products and take good care of my hair.
After my appointment I was not only very dissatisfied with my color but my hair was damaged. Very damaged!!! It is almost July now and I have very burnt pieces in the top of my hair. And to make matters worse I was charged $250!!!
I believe that I am due some type of refund.
I would never recommend this salon to anyone. - 4/27/22Danielle is great with color! - 4/26/22I went to Danielle for my color and cut, all I can say is amazing. I get short layers but my hair is long. They're blended perfect. - 3/5/22Horrible Customer Service. Went in to see about a haircut. Check in screen was down. I sat down and noone even spoke to me. @ more cutomer came in in the next 30 minutes, still noone spoke to me. They both got waited on so I left and went down the street and got a good haircut. - 2/3/22Went there today for a haircut. Had an appointment. Just a hair cut, I have been there several times and it takes,them no longer than 15 minutes. No blow dry. Today they were about 15 minutes late. The stylist said she would be done ina few minutes. I said I had a 11:45 appointment. She turned to her lady she was working on and said “ Canyou imagine someone wanting a hair cut at 11 and have an appointment at 11:45. That was rude and I left. I have been a customer there several times and now I will find another place to get my hair done. - 10/19/21I saw Danielle for the first time today & it was a great first visit. Danielle is a sweet spirit, she listens, & she is very skilled. She gave me a great cut which is not always easy with curly hair. I will definitely return. I'm happy I found a new "home," after my previous stylist moved. - 9/19/21Danielle got my hair, covered my 75% gray, did my roots and left me with beautiful looking highlights and NO GRAY!! She was personable, sweet, wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and very knowledgeable about how I was damaging my hair with flag ironing it every day. The prices were reasonable and I will be back for services. The salon was clean, cheerful and easy going. Excellent customer service and beyond TALENTED hair stylist ! - 2/27/19Today was my little mans first hair cut! He was scared to death! Romina Was his stylist. She was hands down patient. And so so kind. I can’t honestly say enough about her. 5 stars doesn’t even do her justice!!! Will return and hope to keep her has his stylist for his years to come!!!!
