I did not get the name of who cut her hair today, but a HUGE thank you for taking the time to get that huge knot out of Madison’s head! She hates having her hair brushed and that was the result. - 2/17/22Called before appointment because of the weather to make sure I should still attempt the drive. I showed up ten minutes late and the woman said a hair cut takes 15 minutes I laughed I said never had my haircut taken 10 minutes. I left because she said can we reschedule I just risked my life to drive here and I called before my appointment. - 2/9/22I went in for a shampoo, cut & blow dry Total was suppose to be $35.00 plus tax when I went to pay i was thrown off by the price given to me was higher however proceeded to pay and requested the receipt. That’s when I noticed I was charged additional services that hadn’t been completed on me. Stylist tried to rip me off adding on extra services tht we’re not completed!!! When I requested the receipt she got nervous and has zero explanation !!!!! Please be careful request your receipt!!!!!! - 7/3/21I came in on Saturday July 3rd at approximately 4:45 pm. No one was inside and i waited a good 5 min before i was greeted. Mind you i seen someone peek their head out from the back. Well when someone finally came up she said someone will be right with you and waited a few more minutes in an empty store. I basically felt like an inconvenience but still stayed. When i finally was helped my stylist was just didn’t make me feel welcome. At the end of the haircut it was nothing what i wanted and was just ready to leave. I didn’t get the name but she was blonde and had a tattoo sleeve on her right arm.

Showed up, asked for a fade, she said yes and asked "is a number 2 okay?" i said yes, figured she meant 2 to 1 fade since i asked for a fade. Did a number 2, no fade, in literally 3 minutes fast paced, missed atleast 3 spots of hair, didnt line the sides or front, in and out in literally 4 minutes. horrible haircut.
