- 10/21/22My boyfriend went there and the stylist he had chopped almost down to a buzz cut on his hair when all he said was a trim, i’m sorry but cutting anything more than an inch( unless it’s deadends) isn’t a trim, she didn’t even ask him if he wanted it shorter and never even showed him what he looked like until the end when it was too late and his hair was way too short for his liking. Hes devastated and will never be going back. - 8/28/22Lorri was my mom's stylist until today. Every week, she has a wash and roller set done by Lorri. On a 6 to 8-week basis, my mom also gets a haircut. Today my mom was scheduled for a wash and set only. Lorri took it upon herself to cut my mom's hair without approval from my mom or me. When I asked Lorri why she did not call me first to obtain an approval, Lori responded, "It's only $11 dollars more"! The extra charge is not the issue. We wanted to have my mom's hair grow out a little as it is too SHORT! Lorri told my mom (who has dementia) that she has difficulty rolling her hair and needs it shorter. This is entirely unacceptable, and we will not be back. While residing in Florida, we had a great stylist; my mom's hair was at least two inches longer than it is presently, and it was never a problem for the stylist to roll her hair in small rollers. I would also like to add that Lorri should not make such a presumptuous statement as she did. - 1/22/22I went in for a color and cut for a pending job interview. I thought my hair looked fine when I left. After my first wash I realized my hair was totally straight. I went into the salon with full bodied hair with curls and now I can't even get it to curl with hot rollers or a curling iron. My hair is limp and I have had to wear it in a ponytail ever since. I went in to see if they could fix it and I was told no. To add insult to injury, they wanted to charge me for a haircut and the manager never did return my calls. I will never go back to the salon again. Terrible customer service. The stylists are friendly, but the company obviously does not stand behind their work. - 1/9/22The stylist (not my regular stylist) spent too much time answering the phone. I was there for more than 3 hours to get a coloring, wash, and cut. Also, I don't know the true story about my regular stylist and her vaccination. Either she had it or she didn't. What's the story? I don't expect you to reveal personal info, but I'm a high-risk client who spends a lot of money at your store. Just tell me, what's the safest thing for me to do. There was a lot of mumbling in the background when I called and I don't know if she had it, was quaranteeing, or what. If it's unsafe, I'll go elsewhere. - 11/6/21So disgusted and disappointed. 168 dollars to have dull hair. You ask for something done and they do not listen. - 8/12/21I received a terrible, uneven, and choppy haircut and color by Hannah. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing and she even had to ask 2 other stylists for help although it was already too late. I don’t think she should’ve been allowed to cut my hair if she wasn’t properly trained. I was there for almost 4 hrs because she had to reapply color to try and fix splotchiness after the 1st application of color. I was charged almost $160 for the service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
- 8/11/21I was a walk-in yesterday and delighted that they could take me right away. I cannot get a wash due to vertigo. So…no wash, and my short hair is more of a trim than real cut. Yes, I did get a blow dry. NEVER have I been charged as much for a haircut. I was there a couple months ago, different stylist who did a great job and I wasn’t overcharged. Won’t be going back there.
- 7/31/21Made an appointment for 4 PM, got a text confirming 4 PM appointment, showed up at 4, was told that my appointment was at 3:30 and the lady left for the day. Not coming back.
- 7/6/21Chemically burned hair. After having my hair checked by a district manager and given some shampoo and conditioner, they refused to have me come back in to show them that my hair had not gotten any better. It hasn't grown. I haven't even had to cut my bangs since February. It can't be styled and still looks burned. I received a letter today stating that" no evidence to support damage was done by Hair Cuttery". Management very dismissive.
- 6/15/21I had made my appointment on line, so I did not know who my stylist would be. The person who eventually did my hair was answering the phone, consulting with other stylists, and cleaning her station. Then she disappeared into the back and reappeared 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. She did not introduce herself or apologize for the delay. My haircut was adequate, but her customer service was poor.
- 1/21/21Brittany is one of the best hair stylists around.
