Very poor booking system.
online appointments and phone confirmations have no value. After doing the above, we went and were told that someone else was on the appointment.
On a previous day, in the middle of a workday, an appointment was made and then canceled saying the staff left.
In the past when the appointment is actually fulfilled, the stylists were great.

She told him everything she was going to do before moving forward, was so calm and relaxing to be around, let him feel the water/comb/clippers before using them. She took breaks when he got worked up. Was wonderful with distracting him. Also, she didn't rush the cut at all and took so much time with us. - 6/21/21Rating 1.0All new people that don’t know what they are doing! I was cut really bad by a dull razor and after I said something she blamed it on scars I had. I don’t have any scars on my neck! I never had a problem with anyone else before. She kept going over and over the cuts she made until I was bleeding and couldn’t take anymore. I took pictures and I called corporate after it happened and they said someone would call me today. I have yet to receive a call.
