The salon has a nice atmosphere, like a privately owned, and has the quality/consistency that typically a corporate chain shop has. So far, we haven't had a problem with any stylist. They are qualified for the simple cuts and for complex styling needs. Their prices are transparent and I've never witnessed "over selling" practices. Most importantly, the stylists listen and offer solutions for what you need and not how they think your hair should look. The opposite happened at another brand salon leaving my child so embarrassed with the look, that he did not want to go out. Appointment options, online check ins, & walk ins give options on how you want to schedule service. However, as any salon, you may have to wait a bit. They do give realistic estimates about the wait. Compare this salon to other "budget" salons. I've had better experiences at Hair Cuttery. I tend to ignore reviews trying to compare this salon to a private salon or a luxury one, such as Tricoci. Budget, however, doesn't mean poor quality or lack of talent. Hair Cuttery of RLB is good service, friendly skilled stylists, at a reasonable price.
