Has just become terribly inconsistent and there’s a 50/50 chance you get a decent haircut. Young inexperienced stylists that are not equipped to be charging what they charge. Has gotten a lot worse lately. Done with hair cuttery.

Went in for root cover up and blonde high lights.Took a week and a half for the dark shade that covered my head to wash out, but now that the highlights are coming through and visible and the super dark shade has washed out, it looks okay! The cut needs to be shorter, but I can wait.

Wanted root darkening, gray coverage, and to keep my hair blonde with light highlights. I am now a sad brunette with a poor haircut. I paid over $240 to look sad and embarrassing. Thanks, Jessica. Not good.

They add services without letting you know first. If I schedule a hair cut only and you add on hair dry to a 12 year old you should consult the mother before. When I asked why she added it without consulting me she laughed. She told my daughter she had to blow dry to make sure it was even. Seems like she knew what she was doing. Meanwhile I was totally relaxed getting a nice haircut by an experienced person...

My husband came home with a downright terrible haircut. I actually thought that he did not get a haircut. There were long hairs hiding above his ears and absolutely no cleanup around the neck. A nice looking haircut for a job interview--NOT.

I was in yesterday, 4/20/18. The young lady who cut my hair did a wonderful job. She listened to all my thoughts on how I wanted my hair and blew it dry just exactly how I liked. Thank you, Cassandra (her name on the receipt), for doing a fantastic job on my hair.

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.
Hair Cuttery has partnered with Barbicide® for the products used to properly clean and sanitize our salons. Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. When used properly, Barbicide® is EPA registered to kill surface germs, fungi and viruses, including Hepatitis B, the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), the common cold and the human coronavirus.

To Book on line:
1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
