- 1/7/22Horrible horrible hair cut, lil over a month ago. I still can’t do anything with it. I’m not sure if the girl cutting my hair was having a bad day or what, but I still can’t do anything with it. It stands straight up. It’s embarrassing. - 11/12/21Paid for a “signature cut” which is supposed to include a “relaxing shampoo and conditioner” which I did not receive. She cut my hair dry. I have fairly frizzy hair so it’s impossible to get even. Other than initially asking what I wanted done did not ask my opinion at all during the cut of what I prefer. - 7/20/21Shannon gave me a terrible haircut, so crooked in the back my husband had to fix it. He said it was 1 1/2 inches off. Shannon would not stop talking to another customer about real estate and paid no attention to what she was doing. - 4/15/21As a former hairstylist I am baffled that I choose this location to get my hair cut and also possibly seek employment at. The shampoo was half ass as the stylist let the hose loose on the sink which soaked the stylist at the other shampoo bowl. The stylist accidentally letting the hose loose isn’t the problem because accidents happen but the way the other stylist treated Nikki is really embarrassing & rude as it should be a professional environment. Also anyone’s first reaction when something happens is normally a sorry and I didn’t even get that. The slight conversation that happen during the hair cut might as well not even happen because it wasn’t welcoming as I could see she clearly didn’t clean up from the previous client with the clippers hairy & the comb not put in the barbicide. The blow dry went right next to the shampoo with half assing it because I could of just walked out of the salon with a wet head and it would of dried the same. - 11/24/19I've been going to great clips for years now, every two weeks, and haven't had to many issues. Earlier this year I received a bad haircut and just chalked it up to, the stylist, having a bad day. Since that day I've been avoiding her up untill today. Well hair is cut is messed up the same way she did it before and she took off part of my eyebrow! I didn't even want her to do them she just did it. Now I have to go through the holidays with part of my eyebrow missing!
- 11/19/19I’m nothing but impressed with how amazing my hair turned out! Kayla helped me choose a gorgeous fall color, and finished it off with the most beautiful curls. She always does such an amazing job!
- 11/4/19I came in late on a Sunday. My stylist was wonderful. Got a great haircut at a very fair price. I can tip more when the price is less. Tipped $5 on an $18 haircut. Tipping is important when you are dealing with a service that requires artistry and precision. I also got great advice on a product to increase volume on the top of my head. Just great service, advice, and a welcoming atmosphere--even at 5:15 on a Sunday!!!

- 4/20/19I literally pay 145 $ for getting my hair killed. I showed the ”hair stylist” a picture of what I want. I know Internet hair picture can be hard to do, so I chose one from their own ”lookbook”
It is a TOTALLY FAIL. So I went back ask if they can fix it. The literally wash my hair with pure bleach. So my hair are so dry right now and brittle. So I pay 145$ for a bleach wash, a ugly color and dying hair. - 4/13/19On a whim I stopped in desperately in need of help after years of boxed dyes and one horrendous self-trim gone wrong. Kayla Dixon was wonderful...not only was she able to fix my diy fail, but in time also helped my hair return to its original healthy state. Although I live an hour away, I drive all the way to Michigan City just to have Kayla do my hair. She’s wonderful and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
