My child made an appointment with a stylist named Lindsey. My child received a text message stating that Lindsay's appointment was going to be at 5pm. Later on that afternoon we received a text message stating that the appointment was canceled and moved to 7 p.m. My child called in to confirm the appointment to make sure there was not a misunderstanding and to make sure that the appointment was correct. She was notified that Lindsey cancel that appointment but another stylist will take her but later. Once there, I was very upset at the attitude of the manager the day of my visit, 8/26/202 @7pm. My child is a teenager/a minor. My child got out of the car and went inside to check in. As soon as my child checked in, the manager was sitting in one of the station in the rear of the salon, instructed my child to sit outside and wait her turn. Even though there was a family in the salon that consisted of a mother, who was paying and father who was playing with 8 year old child. There was three stylist in the salon at the time. However I stepped out of a car to accompany my child. As soon as the manager saw me get out of the car, she went in the back to talk to the other stylist Lindsey, leaving one stylist on the floor to serve us. The male stylist quickly apologize for managers rudeness. The manager can be heard talking to the other stylists Lindsey about nobody wants to buy the products in the salon.
The male stylist was very nice, professional and cut my child's hair wonderfully.
