I had my hair cut by Kristen today. As usual, she was on time, very friendly, gave me terrific advice about my haircut based on her expertise on hair design based on each client's uniqueness. My son and I have been going to Kristen for over a year and will go to no one else. My son has autism, and Kristen has worked with him to trust her, and gives him great hair cuts. He looks forward, especially to her wonderful relaxing hair washing. Don't hesitate to go to Kristen, she is a REAL professional!!

I left because the when I asked my stylist to wear a mask, she refused and claimed there wasn’t even a single mask on the premises for her to put on. Amazing that a business would not be respectful of a customer’s health concerns, even at the expense of losing that customer’s business.

I recently went to hair cutlery and got my hair done by Dawn. She did a fantastic job it's nice everybody in there was nice. I have written a post from quite a few years ago about incident I had with a different hairdresser that if you read I'm here chopped my hair and I got a free haircut out of it. I appreciated the free haircut and Dawn no way shape or form was the person who did that. Dawn is an excellent hairdresser. I hope a manager read this and understand that it was not Dawn but another hairdresser who messed up my head that was at least three years ago if not longer. Thank you happy holidays

Fantastic Results. Albes is an amazing colorist. Was finally able to explain what I was looking for and actually have the finished product be perfect and exactly what I asked for. Absolutely love my color! So happy when I went in for a touch up I asked him about how I can achieve the balayage look I have been trying so hard to get. Thank you Albes. See you again soon!

Rachael was my stylist last Sunday. I haven't had a hair cut in a few hairs because my old stylist was my sister who passed from cancer. Rachael did an amazing job with my hair and was so patient as I was nervous about the whole thing. She did everything in small steps to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. My hair was long and we decided together to cut several inches and add many layers! I love my cut and am very grateful that she made my experience so good. Thank you Rachael. Rachel is definitely the best stylist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She's absolutely excellent at what she does, and is a great person to boot. She's smart, funny, and overall a great person to talk to and get a haircut from. Apparently master stylist is the highest an employee can achieve here, but she deserves to be a "Grand Master."

Yes had a 11:30 appointment and it is now 11:45 and I’m still waiting was told the stylist was running a little behind. I made it 5 mins before my appointment and she is still working on the other person hair. Not happy with this service especially with this being my first time here.

Horrible experience just now! I'm angry.
Very poor customer service. I made an appointment on line. Arrived 2 minutes prior to my appointment. Stylist clearly just getting started with another customer hair color or something that was going to take some time. Was told I'd have to wait. No apologies. I check in with stylist after waiting 15 minutes. I was told it was going to be a bit longer. After 30 minutes stylist is still working with the other customer. I tell them I have been waiting for 30 minutes. No one seems to care. I tell them I have to leave and no one makes an effort to figure out this problem. I left. This is not OK!

Salon discriminates against the disable. My son is autistic and is unable to wear a mask and no accommodations were made. Do not patronize this business.

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

Barbicide®is a disinfectant used in hair salons, hospitals and other areas where germs and fungus can easily be transmitted. 1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
