Chop shop!!! showed her a pic of the cut my son wanted, she did a quick glance and said no problem! Needless to say 30 minutes and dollars later was not the cut we requested at all, I had to make another appointment with a barber to get it fixed. Just another great clips, but pricier!

Tried to book twice for a color and cut, both times I booked our weeks in advance, and both times they called 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me it had been cancelled due to a call off. Non reliable staff, not worth even attempting to schedule because they’ll cancel the appointment.

Walked in for an appointment 8 minutes late (due to traffic issues) was told they could no longer cut my child's hair. 8 minutes late!!!!! Now if they had been running behind (like last time we had an appointment) they'd expect me to wait an extra 8 minutes. Not like we were 20 minutes late.

I Love this salon!! Very fun, friendly staff. First time I went there I didn’t pick a specific stylist just went with whoever they chose I’m extremely happy that I got Stephanie she’s the best and we have a good time talking while she’s working on me. It’s been 2 years now and I won’t leave as long as Stephanie is there😊

The stylist I previously made appointments with no longer works there, so I decided to go with any stylist. Even though the former stylist was fully vaccinated she was always accommodating in wearing a mask around my son who is not yet. I called ahead and asked if the stylist I got booked with would wear a mask. Good thing I did and not waste a trip. I was told (also, could hear her in the background) she is fully vaccinated and would not wear a mask. I understand this is not a requirement, but for the safety of your patrons and especially for the business I would think a person would be willing to wear a mask during a 15-minute haircut. I cancelled the appointment (which they did not seem concerned about). My family and I will not be returning customers.

I gave 3 stars because the experience was amazing. She was nice and treated me well. On the other hand it's been a week and I have realized my hair is uneven and has a few chunks that are about 2 inches longer than the rest.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this particular hair cuttery. My hairdresser Kayla does an amazing job on my color and cut every single time. She takes her time and makes sure I leave looking my best!!

I scheduled my appointment online 3 or 4 days in advance... with a specific stylist thinking this would be most convenient. Not the case! The stylist didn't even show up. I was offered a cut from another stylist but obviously I selected a specific person for a reason! Smh. It is interesting to me that the two stylists that were there did not seem to concerned of the inconvenience this caused me... and seemed to justify confusion with their schedules. Terrible customer service, in my opinion.

Katie is amazing I didn’t know what to do with my hair I felt like it was a mess and told her to fix it any way she wanted. To my surprise it was the best idea my hair was feeling so great and looked so good by the end of the cut! I wouldn’t go to anyone but her from now on!!

I have gone here many times and if someone registered but isn't there to get their cut they will not take a walk in. No one waiting and stylists available but going to wait for someone to show up and not help the person that is actually there. Very bad customer service.

Just awful from start to finish. My hair was extremely, roughly washed under cold water. There was no effort made to dry my dripping hair before I was seated at a station with a fan blowing right on me. She then roughly brushed my hair only about 3/4 of the way down and left all of the tangles at the bottom. I asked for a fairly simple cut (a couples inches off and layering) however, she only layered my hair in the back and didn’t layer the front at all. Being that I have thick hair, this will not work for me and now I will have to go get it cut again. My “affordable” cut is now going to cost me what I would have paid at a high end salon. Extremely unhappy!

Frequently Asked Questions

- Hand sanitizer is a great second option but washing hands with soap is the gold standard and make sure if you are using hand sanitizer, that the alcohol content is between 60-70%.
- Hand washing works because the bubbles pull thing off the skin.
- Use warm water—not super hot because that will dry out your skin leaving cracks for bacteria (good and bad) to seep in.
- Then finish off with a clean towel or paper towel.

1. Click the Client Login on the top right of the webpage.
2. Log into your account. If you do not have a login-please register.
Once logged in-you will be directed to the ‘Check Ins & Appts’ page or you can click on ‘Check Ins & Appts’on the upper right corner of the webpage.
- Click ‘Book Future Appointment.’
- Choose who to book the appointment for.
- Select the service.
- Select your stylist.
- A calendar box will come up with the days of the week. Your stylist has availability on the days that are highlighted in black clockwise. Pick a day to see appointment times your stylist has available.
- To see further dates, click on the view more cycle to scroll through the weeks.
- Pick a date and time that you would like to book an appointment.
- Confirm your appointment.
- View any of your upcoming visits on the ‘Check Ins & Appts’page.
- We will gladly reschedule or cancel your appointment, and we never charge any reschedule or cancellation fees. Your Salon Professional is happy to assist you in finding another time for your visit.
- You can also move your appointment to a time that works best for you through our Hair Cuttery mobile app, where you can book, reschedule and cancel appointments right from your phone!
