Kena delivers excellent service! However, the new computer system is a disaster! It kicked out my appt that was schedule in house, it kicked out another appt scheduled on line and a prior appt. Managers are forced to give intellectually insulting excuses/explanations for the mishaps. The time blocking (when it works) takes away from operator/client communication; in that once time is blocked out for service you cannot change your mind, add services or extend needed consultation without affecting the operator's next appt. The blocking also don't allow you to make an appt due to one that may be "over booked for time needed". Most important the "new" system is discriminatory to the elderly and others who do not use technology. The powers to be, have not considered the potential legal implications of restricting use by elderly, the disabled and clients that don't have personal computers or smart phones; I got a busy signal for over an hour after being told to call back. I went anyway, after being told I had no appointment. Thanks for taking me Kena! But my mom was left out! In addition the new system is unreliable, ineffective & lends to a frustrating experience that in the past had been pleasant, professional and efficient. No intelligent concessions have been offered to clients that have been affected by cancelled or delayed appointments. I hate to assume that Hair Cuttery has begun to value computer in-put more than (paying) client care, operator creativity/relationships with clients and their satisfaction.
